The boss is very nice and upgraded the room for free. The room is fully equipped with a refrigerator, TV, washing machine and kitchen utensils. It is also very clean and the furniture is very new. The coconut groves are vibrant and flourishing, the grounds are clean and tranquil, and the greenery is artfully arranged. The pathways are flat and easy to walk, with no steep inclines, making them perfect for pregnant women to stroll, get some fresh air, and relax. Every photo taken here turns out beautifully. The room stay experience was superb. The room was spacious and airy, with soft, non-glaring natural light and a comfortable, uncrowded layout. The entire room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the facilities were complete. It was quiet and not noisy, making it especially suitable for pregnant mothers to rest and recuperate peacefully and comfortably. The hotel's private beach was meticulously maintained, with fine, soft sand. It was uncrowded and wonderfully peaceful, with a gentle and comfortable sea breeze. A slow walk there is incredibly therapeutic for both mind and body. What touched me most was the hotel's thoughtful and personalized service, especially how attentive and friendly they were to pregnant guests! The staff were gentle and meticulous throughout, proactively checking on my physical condition, offering soothing services, and avoiding noisy or strenuous arrangements. The attention to detail was exceptional. Our dedicated butler had already arranged non-slip mats and pregnancy-friendly pillows in the room. They were always on call, patiently responding to all our needs, making everything so convenient and worry-free. The complimentary travel photography service was also fantastic. The photographer was incredibly gentle and considerate, slowing down the pace and guiding us throughout, avoiding harsh sunlight and uncomfortable poses. The candid shots were natural and beautiful, and the original photos had incredibly high quality, making it easy to capture stunning and gentle babymoon photos. Overall, the environment, facilities, and service were impeccable. The warm and thoughtful details made the stay truly healing. It's a high-quality hotel perfectly suited for a peaceful getaway.

My stay at the Kimpton Qingshui Bay was absolutely fantastic! The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout, with staff responding promptly and paying close attention to every detail. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered completely different selections, so you never had to worry about getting tired of the food even after several days. Whether it was the delicate pastries and Hainan local noodles at brunch, or the substantial main courses and seafood snacks at dinner, the flavors were on point, the presentation was exquisite, and the ingredients were fresh. Dining here brought a lot of joy. What truly amazed me was the hotel's architectural design, especially the iconic 'Chess View' space. It's stunning aesthetically and highly functional.

I stayed here last year on June 22nd. It was a brand new hotel then, and while the hardware and facilities were indeed excellent, the service was noticeably lacking, leaving me with a mediocre impression. My son, however, couldn't stop thinking about Sanyue zheng, so at his strong insistence, I 'reluctantly' booked two nights again this year, just for him. The day before check-in (I missed the call) and on the day of arrival, the hotel called to confirm our arrival time, number of guests, room type, and to arrange a butler service beforehand. This time, our assigned butler, Tiantian, was incredibly attentive. She messaged us at noon (afternoon) and in the evening to inquire about our plans, needs, and to offer warm reminders. She was always responsive to our requests, incredibly quick, and had a wonderful attitude. My son absolutely adored Auntie Tiantian! Upon check-in, we received heart-shaped rabbit cookies, and upon check-out, we even got a heart-shaped rabbit plushie as a souvenir. This stay truly showed me that the hotel is genuinely dedicated to providing a great experience. The door from the G floor to the fountain, which was manual last year, is now a sensor door. The path to the go-karts, which was there last year, has been replaced with a newly built wooden boardwalk. New additions this year include a reptile park, a fun animal farm, equestrian activities, and a sports park – all things that weren't there last year. This gave us a different experience and kept things from feeling stale or boring. The sky glass pool is beautiful, and the scenery is fantastic. Two large screens on either side were showing the World Cup football matches, bringing joy to a dad who was 'reluctantly' accompanying his son for a swim. Before, I was hesitant to stay at Sanyue zheng again, but now I'm already looking forward to booking a full sea-view room and a family room for our next stay. On this Sanya trip, I chose three hotels: a 270-degree sea-view room, a villa with a pool, and the Sanyue zheng landscape two-bedroom suite. My son's favorite was still Sanyue zheng! A wonderful trip also requires an attentive butler. I even received a warm greeting from 'Tiantian' after landing in Shanghai. You were the most beautiful 'surprise' of my trip!

We even got complimentary welcome fruit. **Cleanliness:** I'm not exaggerating when I say this place is much cleaner than many long-established hotels. I've stayed at countless hotels in Sanya, and truly new and clean ones are rare. This one is both new and impeccably clean. **Facilities:** The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, and it goes until 10:30 AM, which is perfect for us night owls. **Service:** Everyone here is so enthusiastic! Especially the breakfast greeters who cheerfully say ”Good morning, enjoy your meal!” every day – hearing that first thing just brightens your whole day. Our butler was incredibly responsive and proactive with service. I highly recommend experiencing it for yourself. It's so new with great facilities. I feel like I've been staying in subpar rooms for years, so used to older accommodations. This hotel was a truly unexpected delight! I'll definitely stay here again. Oh, and the toiletries smell amazing too! Plus, the paddleboards at the pool are free to use, which is super fun!

Pretty good service apartment with a solid sea view. One of the balcony is converted into a bedroom, you literally wake up to the seaview. The surf shop double up as a front desk. Communication was easy. The toilet had an awkward translucent panel which was not fully covered by the blinds. More suited for couples, less so for families and friends. Overall, a good apartment within walking distance to several eateries next door.

I traveled with my best friend and stayed at the hotel for two days, so I wanted to write a proper review. We didn't do any research before choosing Xiangshui Bay; we just picked this hotel when we saw it. We drove there ourselves, which was convenient. The hotel is about 700-800 meters from the street, located in a villa area. The butler had informed us of our license plate number beforehand, as other cars aren't allowed in this area. Upon entering the villa area, I was struck by how large it was, but it felt a bit deserted. The check-in area wasn't what I expected. Having stayed at Raffles Hotel before, I assumed it would be similar, but there were only two young men there to greet us. However, I must say that the two men who greeted us were incredibly patient, and they should have upgraded my room for free—it was a whopping 500 square meters! After check-in, the butler took us to our room, and wow, it was huge! It took several minutes to get there in the sightseeing vehicle. Now, let's talk about the hotel itself. For this price, the room was excellent value. While the hotel facilities weren't particularly new, they were comprehensive and very comfortable. We had such a pleasant stay that we didn't want to leave. The butler was always available, which was wonderful. The hotel's public areas were a bit messy, perhaps due to the heavy rain, but the overall scenery was nice. I wasn't very satisfied with the food; breakfast wasn't a buffet. The hotel has its own restaurant, but it seemed rather empty. It's better to eat outside the hotel; the seafood restaurant across the street is particularly delicious, with great taste and reasonable prices. For those who prefer a quieter atmosphere, this is a great place. Renting a car would be more convenient, as it's quite far from the hotel. I would definitely bring friends here again next time. ✌️

The last stop of Hainan Island Tour (East Line) - Lingshui. At that time, I also placed an order based on the high ratings. When checking in, the front desk lady was very enthusiastic and smiling, which made people feel very warm. I didn't expect that the subsequent housekeepers and service staff were also very enthusiastic and warm, and any problems were solved in time. Go downstairs and walk across the road to the beach, which is very convenient for taking children to play or strolling on the beach. The room is equipped with advanced facilities and electric curtains. It is clean and hygienic, and the hot water for bathing is also comfortable. If you drive by yourself, you can park your car in the underground garage, which is very convenient. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, it is delicious. I recommend the noodle soup, which is delicious! The best thing is that you can lie on the balcony and watch the sea, absolutely!

1. The first room we were assigned, Room 1210, had a really bad, damp smell. We couldn't stand it, so we requested a room change. The new room on the first floor didn't have that smell, which was really strange. 2. The gardens here are beautifully done, giving a real Southeast Asian resort vibe. However, the only iconic photo spot is the circular waterfall in the lobby. For social media purposes, having only one signature spot isn't quite enough. While the gardens are exquisite, they don't photograph as uniquely as, say, Sanya Capella; many resorts have similar landscapes. 3. The hotel thoughtfully provided a bathtub, a child's toilet, and all the necessary amenities for children. As many online reviews stated, the bedding was very comfortable! It's clear that everything used throughout the hotel is of high quality, and the children's playground equipment also looks premium. 4. Breakfast runs until 11 AM, there's afternoon tea at 3 PM, cocktails at 6 PM, and red and white wine at 8 PM. You can eat and drink all day, which makes up for some of the hotel's shortcomings. 5. The Thai food was delicious, but the set menu included in the package was just average. The à la carte options were much better. 6. At The Sanya EDITION, paddleboarding was in a murky pond, which we didn't dare to try. At Capella, we decisively went paddleboarding in the pool and had a fantastic time. 7. Our butler, Jaya, was incredibly responsible. She helped us change rooms, carried our belongings, and even mailed forgotten items home. We're truly very grateful ☺️
