WWEIJUNThe service and meals are very good, the invincible sea view room, and the open air bathing soup are all good experiences. It is not enough to go into the hotel, and it is not enough to eat and drink. Both meals are in the room, the service is super good, and the level of cooking is quite high. I took a photo and it seems that it is too big to be transmitted. Anyway, the visual taste is good.

MMay Li (May)An absolutely amazing experience! It's just a 5-minute walk from Atami Station and also 5 minutes from the beach, making the location incredibly convenient. The room was exactly like the pictures, even better in person – very spacious and clean. The proprietress was exceptionally warm and attentive, providing us with a lot of help. On the day we left, she even drove us to the station. It was a perfectly wonderful stay, so much so that I'd come back to Atami just for this inn! Highly recommend!

PPiaofudeyun☁️☀☁️The next day of the Atami trip with my daughter, I returned to the harbor from the outlying islands. The room booked has an open-air hot spring. The room is very beautiful, Western-style double bed, Japanese-style dining table with exquisite pastries. The balcony has an open-air hot spring bath, which is very Japanese classic. It was almost dusk when I arrived at the hotel. The uncle greeted at the door was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage. The reception aunt was also very enthusiastic to talk about everything and amiable. Dinner is very grand Japanese-style set food, fresh and delicious ingredients! Breakfast is also Japanese-style, nutritious, delicious, and beautiful ice cream 🍧 sweet food, very delicious. Although there is an open-air hot spring in the room, the reception aunt still introduced the open-air windy hot spring bar on the top floor. On the hot summer night, there is a hot spring in the open air. It is very relaxing and the tiredness of a day's journey! The next day, the hotel uncle's car was sent to the ”Izu Saga” station. A high-quality rest place during the trip, will come again next time ✌️

正當我們滿心歡喜準備入住時，卻被酒店告知僅提供早餐，並無晚餐。這與我當時在trip.com上看到的房型描述嚴重不符——我的入住憑證清楚標示為 “Ocean view premium non-smoking with teppanyaki dinner”。我正是因為看到此明確說明，才選擇在此平台下訂。當時我亦有比較其他訂房平台，Trip.com與另一中介（Agoxx）的價格僅相差每間房約HKD100-200。
此外，我查閱酒店官網後發現，不含晚餐的同級房型價格明顯較低。從價格差異來看，我們透過中介支付的金額明顯包含晚餐服務才算合理。我認為Trip.com作為訂房平台，有責任提供正確的房型資訊，並為此次錯誤負起責任，請給予詳細解釋及合理補償。
向酒店反映後，酒店方面表示是仲介網站將方案名稱及宣傳內容標示錯誤。我們作為消費者並無任何過失，卻成為受害者。酒店最初提出的解決方案竟是要求我們每人額外支付JPY10,000（約HKD500），而且並非原先的鐵板燒晚餐，僅為較簡單的魚肉及牛肉飯餐。這等於我們已支付100%的房費，卻還需再多付約20%的金額，才能換取明顯低於原先承諾的服務，令人難以接受。
最終，酒店決定免費提供先前提及的較簡單晚餐。我們理解酒店食材準備不足的實際困難，也感謝前線員工努力協調及提供解決方案，但此事從發現問題到最終解決，已嚴重耗費我們大量時間和精力，對整個行程的體驗造成重大負面影響。
在此，我強烈呼籲其他旅客：請慎重考慮是否透過trip.com訂房。 此次事件讓我深刻感受到，部分平台在房型描述上可能存在不嚴謹甚至錯誤的情況，一旦發生糾紛，消費者往往需自行承擔後果與不便。為了避免類似不愉快的經歷，我建議大家盡量直接透過酒店官網訂房，或選擇資訊透明度更高、售後服務更可靠的平台，以保障自身權益。

CCHENVery satisfied with a stay experience, the room was very large, clean and comfortable. All balconies face the sea and bring 𠕇 private hot spring baths. Our family of five booked three rooms on two websites. The hotel contacted us in advance to learn about the height of the guests (with suitable bathrobes) and eating habits, specially for the cooked food that is not eaten raw. Dinner and breakfast are very delicious and the ingredients are fresh. The menu for two days has changed. The fish has lobster, sweet shrimp and various local season fresh fish and salmon. The cows are also fried in place, suitable for your requirements! The rooms are modern and simple and combine the style of traditional Japanese-style hotels. We have two Japanese-style rooms and one Western-style rooms, which are quite satisfactory to each other.  Lounge on the eighth floor, facing the sea to taste cold, hot coffee and green tea, Japanese snacks and fruits, but also can be soaked in the feet from the balcony, you can get a good rest without the shop! The seventh floor has a good view and complete outdoor style... All the staff of the hotel are very warm, courteous and very professional! This is the most satisfying hotel for our family's vacation in Japan. We feel 100 points of the hotel and meet again next year!

First of all, the service is very good. There is a waiter who will pick up the station at the entrance of Atami Station and send us to the hotel for free. When you arrive at the hotel, the waiter will patiently introduce the use of the room and the balcony hot spring.
The room is super big, the shower room can also be changed to a sauna in seconds, too comfortable and comfortable!
Free drinks and beer are available in the room, and free drinks are available at the bar in the afternoon.
The dinner and breakfast provided by the hotel are also very online, and the food is very full! The ingredients are very rich and fresh!

AAnonymous UserThis place claims to be associated with Fufu, but it feels quite different from many aspects of Fufu. Anyway, the discount vouchers issued here can't be used. There are only four rooms here, and all meals (breakfast/dinner) and activities take place in the Lounge. Downstairs is the hot spring bath, which requires advance booking. There aren't many staff, but their attitude is good, and the food and drinks provided are decent. The internet is good, and the bed and pillows are comfortable. However, the facilities are a bit dated. What's somewhat amusing is that despite all my questions before arrival, nothing was done according to the answers once I got here. It's as if they have no interest in providing better service, beyond perhaps prying into personal information.

GGuest UserIt's very good. The owner of the hotel is very kind. He personally took us to familiarize ourselves with the hotel facilities. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The hot spring experience was also very good.
You just have to calculate the bus time, otherwise you have to walk two kilometers from Yugawara Station to the hotel.
