The Turim Terreiro do Paço Hotel provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. Visitors to Lisbon will find that the Turim Terreiro do Paço Hotel is a fantastic accommodation choice. With Estação Ferroviária Do Sul E Sueste just 600m away and Humberto Delgado Airport only 8km away, transportation is very convenient. Just a short walk from Terreiro Do Paço Metro Station, traveling to most city destinations is a breeze. Keeping busy is easy, with Santa Justa Lift, Lisboa | Hermanos Gutiérrez - EU Summer Tour 2026 and Miradouro de Santa Luzia all nearby. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. According to our guests, the location of this hotel is one of the best around.

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Arrived around 1030-11AM and the front desk staff let us check in early! Room was neat and clean, beds were super comfy. Location was incredibly convenient and it’s a very near walk to Praca do Commercio and Lisbon Cathedral, with many public transportation options nearby. Would recommend and come back here again when I visit Lisbon!"

Lumen Hotel & the Lisbon Light Show

9.4/10
Amazing

I recently stayed at Hotel Lumen and had a really great experience. The service was outstanding – the staff were friendly, helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are delightfully spacious and modern, much larger than what you usually find, with comfortable king size bed. The bar deserves a special mention: they serve excellent drinks and cocktails, perfect for unwinding in the evening at also to see the lightshow from or going out to the patio Location-wise, it's very convenient depending on your plans – close to metro and within easy reach of both the city center and other areas. Overall, highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Pousada Alfama

The river view room and toilet were small for one person so I’d image a couple would be uncomfortable here. The location is right in the heart of Alfama and a 10-15 minute walk to Chiado/Barrio Alto. I was excited to come and stay at this hotel after reading the reviews about how friendly the staff are, but I did not receive any welcoming or friendly service from any of the staff here. In fact, I felt unwelcome and almost as if I was bothering them when I spoke to them at the reception or asked first a simple request like water for my room. I previously stayed at Montebelo Vista Allegre hotel in Chiado and I would recommend this hotel instead. I wish I stayed there for the entirety of my trip.

Hotel Dom Carlos Park

From start to finish Dom Carlos Park did not disappoint. Helpful staff took our bag up stairs on arrival. Storage was available until our room was ready, map was given when requested to help us find our bearings. Room clean with fridge with selection of minibar which could be purchased, safe was also available. Towels were large and fluffy. Bed comfortable, with lovely pillows, black out curtains to help sleep. Room service used first night with excellent food . Breakfast was excellent good range of food. It was occasional busy and we were asked to wait in the lounge area but again well looked after and as soon as space was available we were taken in to wait. Hotel is in a good location, a gentle walk down the avenue liberdade everyday to where the action is, such as Rossio Station where we caught the train to Sintra. Great hotel would stay again. Cab from airport to hotel €24 , Uber to airport €7

My Story Hotel Rossio

I spent a 5 nights at My Story Rossio and here are some of my thoughts: PROS: - Excellent location. Hard to beat this prime location. It's at the heart of the city with lots of things to do in proximity. There's also a Metro station across from it so you can take the subway directly from the airport. - Nice decors and overall pretty clean. CONS: - The biggest issue I had during my stay was the poor structure of the building leading to disturbing loud noises. During housekeeping hours, the door to the cleaning supplies kept being slammed. Every time it was slammed, my whole room shook and I jumped up. I called the front desk asking if they could be more gentle with the doors. I was told that that was the way housekeeping was and to call back only if it still happened after 5pm (after housekeeping hours). It was impossible to get any rest during the day. I understand that housekeepers need to do their job but I wonder if this issue could be fixed simply by changing the door hinge to a slow close hinge. Also, in the middle of the night, I would wake up by the creaking noises of people above me when they walked across the room. - Second issue was the thermostat. It was not adjustable and could only be controlled by the front desk. For some reason, the hotel decided that all the rooms needed to be in heating mode during the night. It was so hot and stuffy that I was not able to sleep for many nights. I had to call the front desk in the middle of the night to turn it off but sometimes it would automatically switch back on. Then I requested to have the cooling instead of heating on but it would be too cold at night and there was no way to dial it myself. So throughout my stay, it would feel like being inside either a sauna or a freezer.

We were originally scheduled to fly home on the same morning as our son, but on different flights. Around 5 AM that day, we found out our son's flight was canceled, while ours was still on schedule, leaving us with very little time. Our son wanted to stay an extra day at this hotel to use their gym (we had stayed there for a night two days prior). In my haste to book, I accidentally put my husband's name instead of my son's as the guest. We quickly checked on it after our flight landed, and thankfully, our son successfully checked in. So grateful! 😊 The Uber ride from the hotel to the airport was only CAD$6.

The location is fantastic, right in the old town with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. It's about a 10-minute walk to Avenida da Liberdade, but you'll need good stamina as Lisbon is the city of seven hills, so it feels like you're constantly going up and down. The hotel's own bar was noisy until after 1 AM, and there was a very strong BBQ smell. Also, for two mornings, the area around the hotel had a terrible stench, though I'm not sure why. But the convenience of the location is undeniable. The hygiene and breakfast were just mediocre, and the elevator was an old-fashioned one that could only fit one person. However, Lisbon itself is such a charming city. After returning to Toronto, I broke out in a lot of red bumps, and I have no idea what caused them.

Our go-to hotel in Lisbon. It's well-located (near Campolide and Sete Rios), the front office staff are excellent, the restaurant is very pleasant, and the beds are super comfortable, both in the suites and standard rooms. This is where our son learned to walk in 2024, and where we'll always return whenever we're in Lisbon.

The room with bathroom inside the room with balcony. No curtains on the beds, the light can bother, no privacy. There is elevator, no problems with luggage. There is a kitchen, but is closed in the night time. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room is spacious. Clean and has good amenities. It smelled bad inside the elevator all the time. The lobby isn't very present with dirty floors. Breakfast was average. The location was good for me, but a few metro stops away from the touristy spots. But it's a safe location w plenty of other hotel chains, office buildings and restaurants.
