We booked a few non-smoking rooms. When we first stepped into the rooms, the whole room was full of cigarette smell especially room 502. The pillow cases also smell of cigarettes. I was wondering whether they changed the pillow cases or not. By the way, better bring your own shampoo and body wash if you are going to stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly and breakfast was ok.

Hotel conditions is very very bad. The door lock literally break/drop off after closing the door also the power socket also came off from the wall when removing the plug. The entire corridor, lift and room has a musty mouldy smell. It’s very terrible even after spraying an entire can of air refresher the smell still remained. We have to bear with the smell for the entire stayed. Lastly the location of the hotel are terrible, there are no convenient store, eatery and malls. The hotel is clean because our room is newly renovated. I love the idea of bathtub next to bed and the candleier on top of it align with the room named as well as segregation on showers and toilet space. Eventhough shower space is separated from toilet but there's a gap in between sliding door, I would prefer to have single door and tightly closed the space. Due to the size of the room that quite small, the smell of odour would not go away easy unless we open the balcony. One thing that love is the spa which allocated within the hotel. I went a few time for massages as I always go to ESKA for massage but the hotel is not up to my expectation. Lastly, a lot of mosquitoes in the vicinity and in the room

This is my worst nightmare hotel that I have been in so far, I had booked a 3D2N but never even stayed a single night after I check-in. The first room they gave us is on 3rd floor and the room is super dirty (can see in the photo) floor have other people's foot print, aircon super dirty with mold, and the bed, omg can feel it's not dry, feel like sticky wet type, no words can describe(REALLY)!!!! So they managed to change the room for us after we requested, ok, this room is on 5th floor. Everything looks fine in the noon, but after we are back like 10plus night time, things start to happen, bugs everywhere from room to toilet, THOSE BUGS THAT STUCK ON WALL TYPE, ok since it's already night time, I tired not to care and just go for a shower, dame! The toilet water flow drainage is very super slow, till it floods the whole floor, ok, I still bare with it. After that, i sit on the bed, Guess what!!!! My whole body starts to get itchy and swollen red, OMG ***, and I still can see bugs crawling on the wall. Finally made a decision to move hotel. It was my first time booking a hotrl in the middle of the night 1am, got it, and moved off. BTW their room don't even have a wardrobe. Please, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, STAY at your own risk.

Just what you need for the price. You may walk out to the streets food as i will only take u up to 10mins max and you shall get all varities of food.

Service was really good, staff were friendly :) Breakfast spread was sufficient and food was good too! Came with an omelette station (staff will ask you what you’d like!) Really impressed with their service! Requested for water and some stuff at the front counter, received it in the next 10 minutes. Also got a free late check out at 1pm :)
