Best Hotels in Batu Sub-District

We stayed at Golden Tulip Resort Batu from 18th of July for two nights . The hotel Is great, especially for It's restaurants. We have been in all three restaurants , each has there own specialities. The breakfast is served on the indonesians one , Branche; they served good indonesian food and for my surprise they serve also some typical Indonesian 'jamu' (traditional infusione) 💞. Compliments for their very well servings and very Good RAWON, GADO2, RUJAK, BUBUR JAWA and orher dishes ; the good works of HEAD CHEF RIO and CHEF UBAY !🍾🍾 We have tried also Infinite Restaurant . I had some sceptic impressions reading their menù at the first glance. They put some incredible meats on pizza!! (I live in Italy and never eat that kind of pizza !) But guys, i tell you that it was completly wrong first impression! This restaurant will makes you very happy after testing their FUSION cuisine !!!! Congratz for CHEF ZAINUL and all the service people with their kindness , MULIA and ERA 🍾🍾 And of course for our last dinner we had It on Skydome , the restaurant stays on the top of the Building . As beautiful as the site, as good as their cuisine !🍾🍾 We had also a good experience with all the staff , receptionists, concierges, room services (Frada, Eswat and others) for their kindness and patient and smiles during their work 🍾🍾🍾 . They served very well our elderly parents ❤️. Guys, i do suggest you to stay in this hotel and try It s restaurants!

It's a new best value hotel for staycation. Strategic location near BNS and Jatim Park 2. Great hospitality and give some surprises as we stay for anniversary. Will be perfect if they provide room desk for working. Thank you and success for Golden Hill hotel.

Staying close to the mountains, touching nature closely, the atmosphere is very cold, unbelievable that the day is hot but the night is very cold, but the room should be improved, the sound of children running hungry outside is very loud, like the room doesn't keep much sound. But clean room, good location, see Mount Batu

Stay 1 night with 2 room booked. Location is strategic,near to everywhere,behind the trans shopping mall,but room space quite small and quite old furniture. Swimming pool is great and clean. Reception staff was nice n good hospitality and not forget to mention that rest room is very clean. Thumbs up..

I have spent my vacation for 2 days in this chic hotel. My first impression to this property was great. You will find lazy couch and artificial green grass in each balcony and staring a breathtaking views of Batu city . The location is very easy to find since it located just step ahead to the famous recreational theme park in Batu. The room and the bed was so clean and comfort. You will also find a nice shower with cold and warm water. You will also get 2 bottles mineral water and tea and cereals..well..I thought this could be value added service for this property. For moslem traveller, I couldn't find the kiblat's direction both over the ceiling or anywhere else in this room. They also do not provide the saroong for gents to pray. So, you should bring by yourself. I thought this property also must be consider about cloth's hanger coz I also do not find this in the room. Last but not least,for Hotel Manager and HR Manager, you must see your training need analys since your guest service agent was poor and lack responsiveness. I bit disappointed for several needs ignored. Well...over all the choice is yours reader

Very nice new hotel in Malang, designed to detail, easy access to anywhere, great hospitality of team member, value for prices. Room was very comfortable, equipped by newest technology that easy to use, nice view trough big window glass and all fresh furnitures Will coming back for sure…

The hotel itself was very good. We especially liked that our early check-in could be accommodated. The staff were very helpful. We found the breakfast to be excellent with lots of choice. One morning we had to be out very early to visit Mt Bromo, so we requested a breakfast box which had a good selection of food inside it. The grounds were very pretty, with lots of ponds and fish, and the pool looked good. Downsides were that the location wasn't very central to Batu so a taxi was needed. We were there two nights, and one morning there was a wedding which seemed to dominate the pool and breakfast area in the morning. Not a deal breaker for us, but annoying if we had planned an early morning dip!

I give 3 star service because. One of the restaurant waiters service is very bad.. Monday, 21 Nov 2022. The last day I stayed at the Hanuman hotel. I'm having breakfast, and not a buffet. Alacarte is there. One of our waiters said from which room we were given a menu (it turned out to be a menu for outside guests, not hotel residents. Paid). I asked ”you don't have a buffet, do you?” (That means this is a question for the occupants of Hanoman's hotel room). The lady replied ”yes ma'am the buffet is not available, now it's alacarte”. But she continued. And we think the paid menu is the alacarte menu for hotel guests. And the menu has been processed. Suddenly the lady came again to give me the menu again... last time the menu was paid, the new one is free. Bg ”I don't know if you're from room no...” You know, it's strange that you can mention our hotel room. But said I don't know. Strange. We think the paid menu is cancelled. But this is not. Keep serving. And we were told to pay. Even though it's not our fault. We cancel. We chose the free alacarte menu for room occupants... we were very disappointed with this waitress... NO RESPONSIBILITY. He's wrong. But we are responsible!!!! We felt very LOSS... Because we didn't eat food that was included in the price from the hotel room. But the room pays 250 thousand for paid food. WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED with the waiter 🙏🏻 thank you

Delicious snacks, fast respond to reload, clean room, polite and humble staff even if we wore ordinary fashion,the kids happy to run along the lobby :p, but the hotel need to reload the toys at the playground too.. overall nice hotel and worth it to have event andstay here again..dont forget to send me the discount staycation voucher Atria..<3 Egadzova12@gmail.com

If you'd like a hotel with a view in Malang, and centrally located inside the city, this is the hotel for you. It gives me a great value for the money. I stayed at standard twin bed room with a balcony with mountain view. The location is superb. I can walk 10-15 minutes to Kawi Street, where many restaurants located. However, a few things that can be improved. I went to the gym at 6 am, and no one there. However, AC wasn't turned on. So, after 20 minutes of intense workouts, you'll be drenched with sweat. No towel inside the gym was available. Bring your own from your room and bottle water as well. Maintenance and house keeping can be improved. I visited my sister who stayed on the 7th fl executive suite, and there was a hole in the curtain. And the room could use more deep cleaning. The bed sheets in my room can be replaced with the one without hole in it. With the years, some of the amenities could be replaced.
