The room was terrible, they gave us b4. The tv didn't work, the showerhead bracket was broken so we had to use as a handheld showerhead. All the bath accessories were rusty. None of the WiFi networks worked. The sink was clogged and had a leaking. The kitchen cabinets cover didn't open properly. The bed wasn't comfortable. They shouldn't rent this room at all. The only thing that worked was the air conditioner and the breakfast was good.

Multiple problems with pluming and not willing to accommodate. Several pipes burst and they did not provide me another room. The room was literally flooded from under the sink in living room, and leak in bathroom. I had to leave and come back later. No curtain in bathroom and other tenants could see you.

The bathroom has rusted faucets and taps, no hand towels or face clothes, the vanity cabinets that were falling apart, and the mirrors had not been wiped in a while. Windows were filled with dead bugs. The curtain rods had fallen off on the patio doors. The pool was not clean, cloudy water and desperately needed to be skimmed to remove the fallen leaves and bugs. This was not as advertised and a big let down.

Not a Deluxe hotel, definitely a 3 star or less. The hotel claimed, I cancelled my reservation, then gave me a room with less confort.
Will not stay here again.

The hotel was perfect. The stuff is amazing. They constantly greet you with a smile and took care of whatever needs that I have immediately . The room was very clean.
