1，房間衞生間沒收拾好，馬桶有污水沒充，還有一次性洗澡巾的垃圾沒收。
2，房間非常潮和冷，住了兩晚，衣服都很潮濕，出門都發酸了，室內明顯比外面低了五六度。去潿洲島都沒這麼濕。
3，設備陳舊，空調衹有開的前兩分鐘管用，吹風機非常古早，吹了一會就自動斷電，頭髮沒幹且打結，加上沒有護髮素頭髮直到去另一個酒店洗頭結才打開。
4，房間佈局問題，我們是大床房，房間長方形，長邊挨着走廊，床頭貼着走廊，晚上睡覺非常容易聽到其他屋子的關門聲，通過牆面傳遞到頭，真是酸爽。
也不是沒有優點，優點是樓下有小吃街，離北部灣海還有北海老街比較近。
住了兩晚八百多，這個水平不如我在潿洲島住的同價位民宿，感覺非常不值。

前台接待挺熱情的，我説開個安靜點的房間，人家就給我找了個安靜點的房間。關鍵是地板磚不是木地板，我就喜歡地板磚的屋子！

洗手間有味道，設施不夠完善，定商務房倒是挺安靜🤫酒店服務不是很好，攜程定完單，告知線下交錢，可以延長退房時間，差別對待，住了2天，第二天由於瓶裝水弄灑了，多要一瓶礦泉水也不給，還説付2元錢一瓶，整體沒有服務，很少給評價，商家都不容易，不過這家酒店體驗真是太糟糕☹️

衹是房間靠近路邊，車流量大時，有點吵，其它都挺好！

自駕到北海，訂了四間房，兩晚。酒店位置，停車，服務都不錯，總體很不錯。離老街。海底世界等步行可到。可能是北海有點潮的緣故，房間也能感受到潮氣。
