Hilton Beijing Capital Airport

Capital Airport and New International Exhibition Center Beijing|0.98km from Terminal 3 of Capital International Airport
Dining 100s of pre-fried eggs and stacks of bacon just sitting there for hours - why not cook enough for the few guests who are there and then cook more as they arrive so they stay fresh. No meat options in the Chinese section. Just a couple of vegetable dishes and a fish dish to go with the fried rice. The made to order Eggs Benedict was served on two triangles of sliced bread from the buffet rather than on an English muffin like it should be. It’s just not what you would expect from this brand. Can remember hotels like these would have real honey, now you get fructose syrup from a bottle to teaspoon onto your pancakes. I can remember when you’d get real Beijing yogurt from a jar but now you get a cheap yogurt pot from the supermarket. And why is your Compass Grill restaurant closed? Cutting back on costs and sacrificing quality seems a post-pandemic trend not just among this hotel but other hotels I’ve stayed at recently. Room I liked the room but the TV had no movie channel in English so you can only choose music or news. There is a bath but no bath salts so you basically just get a bed for the night but what I will say is that the bed itself is extremely large and very comfortable and I slept very well. But why can’t I make the room temperature lower than 22? Why can’t I decide how cold my room goes? Staff Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Hotel is clean and very quiet.

Capital Airport and New International Exhibition Center
Hotel is conveniently located inside the T3 building (outside the security zone), second floor (the floor for arrivals) and is tucked in at a quiet corner. Food and water are easily accessible. The staffs are very friendly. I got upgraded to a bigger room and got a bag of snack at check-in, both free of charge. The room is clean and I’m pleasantly surprised that the hotel still provides dental kit and slippers (as of Oct 2023). In my room, the shower is separated from the toilet and both are separated from the washing basin, which is a plus if you share room with another person. If you speak Mandarin, you could speak to the virtual assistant for light control, alarm setting etc. I think this hotel is a great option if you have a late arrival or early departure at T3. I’ll definitely book it again next time.

Capital Airport and New International Exhibition Center
We stayed at Cordis, Beijing Capital Airport for one night due to our international flight arrival in Beijing, followed by a domestic flight the next day. Conveniently situated just around the corner from Terminal 3, the hotel provided free shuttle services to and from the airport, adding to its convenience. Our room was notably spacious and comfortable, offering a welcome respite after a long-haul journey. For dinner, we indulged in the all-you-can-eat dim sum, which proved to be exceptionally delicious. Additionally, the restaurant boasted an extensive breakfast buffet featuring a diverse array of both Western and Asian dishes. We particularly savored the flavorful noodles. Our experience was further elevated by the exceptional service provided by the friendly staff, who truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was extraordinary. We wholeheartedly intend to return in the future.

Capital Airport and New International Exhibition Center
I booked 2 nights at this hotel because I needed to take my parents to the airport for a late flight. We were very well welcomed. The lady at the front desk could speak a little English and she always helped us as much as she could. The younger one also did her best to answer to any requests we had. The driver who dropped us at the airport was very kind to come back and fetch me as I went there to help my parents check in. The cleaning ladies were always smiling and welcoming . Very close the the airport terminal 3. Very convenient ! My only concern was the bad smell coming from the water pipes I think, in the bathroom but it didn’t bother us that much. The greatest asset of this hotel is the workers who are awesome in my opinion !

The hotel is very close to the airport. The location is good. The room is spacious and comfortable. Not only does it have bottles of water but also thoughtful gifts of fruit. Two pairs of slippers are prepared in the room, and a separate pair is prepared in the bathroom. There are many types of breakfast, Chinese and Western, and I enjoyed it very much. The hotel also provides free airport drop-off service. All staff are very nice. I will stay here again next time I go to Beijing!
