Hilton Garden Inn Beijing Daxing International Airport

No aircon, no fan, there is no window can open, the room is hot and stuffy. The hotel should be honest in the booking site to mentioned no air con, there is no window can be open for fresh air and possible no fan so that we can choose another hotel. This is NOT an honest hotel and it's Hilton! We checked in around midnight and we need to wake up at 6am to catch the flight, therfore we have no more option. We DID NOT get a good night sleep which is the basic need so what is the point of having a near location but didn't get a good sleep. There are many others hotel nearby, we choose Hilton because i m one of the member but very disappointed. ALSO do remember to be self service if you have lots of luggage, the hotel staff will ignore you, front desk service is terrible, they will ignore you too, I can't believe this is International brand service standard. The duty manager gave us 2 cokes and juice because he cannot do anything and he said he will give us the discount on the room and we are waiting for it, let's see whether they said what they do or maybe another lie.

Superb hotel which providing free shuttle services (24hours) and the customer services was outstanding

Worst location, worst hotel, worst breakfast I've ever experienced. This place is like a zombie town, avoid at all costs. The room stank and was 26 degrees and air con did not work and upon requesting it be fixed oIr change room I was told they were all the same because it was cold outside! Walls paper thin and I could ever hear others trying to change room temperature, presumably trying to cool them down. Alarms going off through the night, so if you would like to sleep before your flight you'd be better of sitting in the airport for 8 hours, you'd be more comfortable. Considering the hotel is in a virtually abandoned location what they offer is non existent. I will never stay here again and recommend anybody else learn from my mistake.

Very close to Daixing airport, free shuttle service, nice staff, a room was clean, with a nice view and big window

Although hardly any guest, the check in process was quite haphazard, did not help that the coding machine for the key card was malfunctioning. The breakfast was so so only not befitting the Hilton Inn brand. Did not help that they charge nearly 75% of room rate to extend for 5 hours of late check out.

Beijing was starting to get warm but the hotel has yet to turn on its A/C system. Went to ask for a cooler machine but was told that all had been given out to other hotel guests requested earlier. Was given solutions to open the room's door to get better ventilation or to change to another room with the same condition, both options are ridiculous. The staff did send us chilled beverages & fruits but it didn't help the situation. Staffs were very patient and the room was very clean but hope the hotel can solve the the A/C issue.

Clean, functional and well run. The restaurant and breakfast were very good - lovely and spacious rooms with great bathroom facilities!

it was so close hotel from Beijing Daxing airport. And free suttle bus service was greaat, you just call to hotel and need to wait just 5 minut. I was very pleased with the extension of check out time until 4 pm. It was the most affordable among 5-star hotels. I will definitely go again when I land at Daxing Airport. Thank you Hilton Daxing

The hotel is really clean and spacious . Close to the Beijing Daxing Airport . Facilities are some of the best I’ve seen in Chinese hotels. Worth every penny.
