房屋入住採用了安伴智能小程序，進出便捷安全，感覺就是進出自家。室內與圖片感受一模一樣，寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，全程安靜無打擾，出門購物用餐都很方便。總之體驗很好，下次還是首選。

2. 打掃比較及時
3. 房東特別熱情好客
4. 安全便捷
5. 位置方便，周圍很多好吃的
6. 基本生活用品隨時自取
缺點：
1. 廁所有異味。下水反臭。
2. 打掃衞生的人有時態度一般

房子位置很方便，有電梯，對面就是楓藍國際，做核酸很近，房間很乾凈，朝南，窗外有一棵大樹，陽台可以用煤氣做飯，衞生間水很大，房東很熱情，也住在這個樓裏，有事情找她很方便…還要感謝離開時把鞋忘拿了，房東第一時間通知我😊希望有緣再見♥️🌹
