Very nice hotel where quality is of paramount importance, including the facilities. Downside: evening entertainment. They should focus more on the (slightly older) target audience instead of creating an artificial copy of Ibiza. “Silent party” on a Saturday (!) evening really kills the atmosphere and interaction. Too bad, everything else is great: accommodation, food, service, cleanliness, etc. Ideal for families and couples with 16+ area except the poor evening animation.

Stayed/Staying at this place from 25th May for 14 nights. Overall a great hotel. Pros Food is tasty, at times far better than restaurant food. Waterpark is suitable for most - our 5 year old loved as did our 8 year old. Speciality restaurants are nice. Pools are good. Few minor *******. We are staying the main block. Be aware very small balconies but aware this is often the case in Turkey. Poolside cleanliness - on a few occasions it’s clear the poolsides haven’t been cleaned since the day before which is such an easy fix. Duvets - may just be our rooms and our friends but they seem too small for the double beds. None of us units. 🤣

Deniz in the restaurant looked after us for our whole stay and especially when my wife was unwell kindly offering room service. Cleaning ladies were fantastic with towel art each day. Guest services could not have done more for us during our stay. Food at the magic restaurant was top class. Very impressed all round. Thank you Tui magic life team (ibrahim duty manager)

Lovely resort. Playing fast and lose with calling it a 5 star, but then everywhere seems to be getting away with an extra star nowadays! Resort has real heart, consistently lovely staff. The entertainment programme is good with lots of little pop ups and random extras to enhance your stay. We were only here for 4 days and we had a toddler, so only ate in the main resturant and some of the snack bars, however food was good quality and the theme nights were well done. Rooms were a little rough. Quite basic, cheap furniture and rock hard beds. If these were better I probably would have given this 5/5. Lots of green spaces and the grounds feel very relaxing for a family friendly resort.

Went for 1 week in May 2024 with 2 young kids and the hotel was spot on! Lots of things to do for the kids with swimming pools, parks and beach! Our 4 year old loved the kids club and the staff there were amazing, lots of different activities for the kids and well staffed. Kids club was a big bonus and our son loved it. 9 different pools and food was of a good standard. Kids pools were cold but we were there in May so in height of summer will be warm I would imagine.

The hotel and complex were amazing! We had a brilliant time with so much to do during the days and evenings. The activities organized by the entertainments team were better than any hotel that we've been to, and the room itself couldn't be faulted. We particularly enjoyed the evening exertainments, especially the shows. Shout out to Lauren who made our stay even better with how friendly/engaging she was. She went out of her way to make sure we were enjoying our stay, and her dancing in the shows was also brilliant to watch. We're definitely coming back!
