The service was very good. The concierge Nemanja was extremely helpful! He helped me book a good day trip and provided many good travel tips. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that the hotel uses Clarins for bathroom products, which is very nice! However, a couple of things could be improved: the queen bed is made of two single beds, which is uncomfortable; the breakfast was average; the slippers provided were not comfortable. Overall, the hotel met expectations of a five-star hotel, and I have no major complaints.

We recently stayed at Hilton Belgrade and our experience was amazing! The hotel itself was great. The service is superb. We arrived very early at 6:00 AM and we didn’t expect our room to be ready until they normal check in time, which was afternoon . But we asked if by any chance they could check us in at the earlier time. The hotel was totally booked and we knew we had to wait. The only think they sad , that if room becomes available we will be on the priority line. In almost 1 hour they gave us the key to our room. The staff in the hotel is super friendly and very helpful. They made our stay more pleasant than it already was. Hilton Belgrade is located in the center of the city and it’s a walking distance to the old town. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Belgrade to stay in the Hilton Belgrade. Thank you to everyone who helped us enjoy the stay.

Stayed here for a week. Great globalist recognition, used SUA to guarantee Regency Suite, which was located on 7th floor, where also Regency club is located. Club serves breakfast (with limited foods, but with no crowds) and evening spread (which has no hot food, but is otherwise very nice). Suite was nice, although some refurbishment (carpet) would be needed. Bed was ok, although it was not really king size as advertised, but two singles put together. Bath was ok, we had some problem with shower leaking water to the outside, as the design is not the best and water is not draining very well. Breakfast in the restaurant was good with quality foods, just quite crowdy at times. Also had one lunch in the hotel, which was also very good. Staff very nice and welcoming. Would stay here again, especially if hotel would invest in minor refurbishment, like replacing very tired carpets and beds.

Nice 'vintage' style hotel in a central part of town opposite a calm park.The center is at walking distance and the hotel isn't exactly on the heart of the city.Very clean although a bit outdated and great staff with notable ”Tamara'' from the breakfast team. Only annoying thing is that last morning we were in ahurry to leave and the housekeeping was keeping the elevator so long we had to go down the stairs with our luggages.

First of all, the first floor rooms like the one we were given were opposite the reception and everyone who enters the hotel or goes through the elevator is like walking through your room. Even worse right below the hotel there is a tavern that sometimes two and three bands play at the same time in the outdoor area and they are loud all day and all night. In addition, as can be seen from the photo, our bed broke due to poor construction and we had to change rooms. Finally, my card was charged with 500E while the booking showed 475E with the excuse of currency conversion. Which is a very large amount. But even if that was the case they didn't even give me the option to pay with cash. The breakfast was the same every day and completely indifferent. Moreover, it is located outside the hotel!! Two minutes walk!! Καταρχήν τα δωμάτια του πρώτου ορόφου σαν αυτό που μασ δόθηκε ήταν απέναντι από το ρεσεψιον και κάθε ένας που μπαίνει στο ξενοδοχείο ή περναει για το ασανσέρ είναι σαν να περναει μεσα απο το δωματιο σου. Ακόμη χειρότερο ακριβώς κάτω από το ξενοδοχείο υπάρχει ταβέρνα που παίζουν ταυτόχρονα δυο μερικές φορές και τρεις ορχήστρες στον εξωτερικό χώρο και ακούγονται δυνατά όλη μέρα και όλη τη νύχτα. Επιπλέον όπως φάινεται και από τη φωτογραφία το κρεβάτι μας έσπασε λόγω κακής κατασκευής και αναγκαστήκαμε να αλλάξουμε δωμάτιο. Τέλος χρεώθηκε η κάρτα μου με 500Ε ενώ στην booking έγραφε 475Ε με τη δικαιολογία της μετατροπής του νομίσματος. Που είναι είναι πολύ μεγάλο ποσό. Αλλα ακόμη και αν ίσχυε αυτό δεν μου έδωσαν καν την επιλογή να πληρώσω με μετρητά. Το πρωινό ήταν καθε μέρα το ίδιο και εντελώς αδιάφορο και σε χώρο εκτός του ξενοδοχείου.

We spent a week here in January. I should say that there is nothing to complain about. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean - cleaning is done daily. The hotel itself is new and neat. WiFi is speedy. Location is also very comfortable, it takes about 10 minutes to get to the city center by feet. The area is peaceful, some supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. Breakfasts are fresh and delicious. And the most important thing is the hosts - the hotel is run by a family. Svetlana and her husband are really super friendly and helpful. They do everything to make sure that you are comfortable and have everything needed. We stayed on 7 January, Orthodox Christmas, and they created super atmosphere with homemade food for breakfast. If we are in Belgrade again, we will surely stay here!
