A charming three-star hotel on the promenade in Bellagio. When we arrived, we were met with low-key decor and no AC. Then we opened our patio door and sat outside on the balcony about 50 yards from Lake Como. Suddenly we were filled with gratitude for having such a perfect perch. Once the ferries stopped at day’s end, the Bellagio promenade became beautiful and serene. The hotel’s breakfast every day was perfect. The hotel offered to book a taxi for the return trip to MXP airport rather than our taking ferries and trains to MXP. Boy, were we glad we said yes. It was pouring rain the day we left; the taxi driver knew the roads, and we stayed dry.

This beautiful hotel has been wonderfully renovated. Everything from designer bedding and room to public areas and dining room. The staff is gracious, knowledgable and kind. The location is perfect at the end of the main street and fronting Lake Como. A perfect spot for a wonderful vaction.

This place is fantastic! Starting off with the staff who were friendly and helpful. The room and everywhere was very clean and well cared for. The view of Lake Como is incredible. Close to lots of restaurants, shopping, ferries, bank/atm, and even a laundromat. The breakfast is really nice, with lots of options. It’s a great way to start the day. The only nitpick I would have is the playlist during the breakfast, time for a fresh batch of tunes. But really - that’s the worst thing I can say. We really enjoyed our quick stay and only wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Nice hotel with the perfect location for a walk but hard to reach by card. If you arrive by your car and want to come to the hotel entrance you should expect narrow streets, a lot of people around your car and slow drive :D It doesn't mean I don't like it just sharing ;) Staff is so amazing. Rooms are cozy, breakfast is good and restaurant location is spacious. Bar is pretty expensive. They provide you a parking option for 20 Euros per day. I can definitely recommend this hotel!

This hotel was such a wonderful experience. The staff was warm and welcoming, the room had a gorgeous lake view as promised and the overall hotel was very charming and special. The breakfast was an added bonus too! We loved it and will definitely return!

Loved this hotel and staff. Comfortable room and very spacious. The staff was always extra helpful and very sweet. We loved our extra large terrace! Excellent breakfast!! Great location! We highly recommend this hotel. The staff made us always feel they cared.

We had a great 4 night stay at the Hotel Florence and am glad to post a review and recommendation. The location in Bellagio is perfect - on the water level. We had a room with a balcony facing the lake. It was a bit tricky driving through the pedestrian only zone to get to the hotel, and parking was about a 10 min walk away. We did reserve parking though the hotel - doubt if we could have managed it on our own. Staff was very helpful - the room was comfortable- breakfast was as expected - housekeeping excellent.

We were very pleased with our choice of hotel in Bellagio. It is very close to the ferry terminal which was a blessing as we arrived ( and left ) during a downpour. The staff were very helpful and informative. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were only there one night but it was a very pleasant stay.

A beautiful boutique hotel, located at a prime location in Bellagio ,right on the shores of Lake Como ,close to the ferry station. The highlight for us was the location, amazing view of the lake from the room, the friendly staff which helped us with all our queries and also gave us a lot of useful tips,esp the 2 ladies at the reception in the evening (unfortunately cannot recollect their names, but have their picture..😊😊 ). Highly recommended ,if planning to stay in Bellagio!! The only drawbacks were, no kettle or fridge in the room .
