Enjoying another great stay at the Quarteirasol. Assigned room 102 which is spacious, very clean and has all I need. English language TV channels a bonus too. Only gripe I have is the steam room and sauna facilities aren't open but apart from that all very good. Great location behind the beach, and a 15 minute walk to Vilamoura.

We did the Wowcher mystery holiday and ended up with this fabulous hotel ! The apartments and staff are incredible! The whole complex is very clean and tidy ! The food at the restaurant is very nice and plenty choice , the drinks at the bar have a great choice and I need to give a special mention to one member of staff who literally ran around and was an absolute super star our whole visit , he practically ran the restaurant and the bar single handedly the whole 4 days we was there , his name is Fabio

I went alone but never bored. I had a late check in and everything was spot on. I communicated with the hotel about my flight change and quick response they booked me a taxi which was there waiting at weeee hours of the morning. The cleanliness was %100 rooms clean I cannot fault. I enjoyed the bus ride, the Uber was ok. The area was quiet if anyone looking for closeness but the taxi price was good. There was so much to do. My last day went to the spa over by the aqua park OMG it was rejuvenating only thing was you have to pay with a discount if you are staying at the hotel., for 2 hours 25 euros I think it can be a little cheaper for hotel guest. But I am not one to complain it is a kids friendly hotel so expect to hear kids running around planning to bring my grandkids next time, I know they will enjoy it. Breakfast was ok, ate outside for dinner there is so much place to choose from. Just a Uber ride away. A big shout out to Bruno very good cocktail and he gave me tips of places to eat out side. The hotel is in a quiet area about a 20 minute walk to the marina which was very nice The rooms are a great size cleaned every day with new linen and towels Reception staff were very helpful with 1 exception who only had one reply (Not possible ) to everything but ANNA was a star and helped us lots The food was very limited and always run out of deserts only fruit salad left even at 7pm each day-starters for me was soup every day The main was a choice of 2 meals which was ok but small portions and we had to eat out on several occasions due to lack of choice. Breakfast was ok needed to be hotter and the sausage was not edible horrible. But lots of cold buffet. The bar area very small but ok so we used the Hilton which is very close It was an ok holiday but would we return i think not.

For a 3 star hotel this is excellent. We had to check out of our villa at 10am - but with a late evening flight home we needed somewhere to dump our cases and enjoy a pool somewhere for the day. We booked this (had to phone due to strange check in/out that we needed) we booked the room from 10am-7pm , obviously we had to be charged for the full day (80 euros) what a bargain! We weren't expecting much but we are pleasantly surprised (writing this sat by the peaceful pool ). Room is large and very clean - can't vouch for.comfort of bed as we won't be sleeping in them). This would make a great, value for money, base and you wouldn't be disappointed with pool and bar - we were feeling a bit deflated coming from a beautiful villa with private pool to a small hotel - but we love it! Staff are very helpful and friendly. If your looking for a good value hotel - this is it!
