There was no transfer from airport available, I waited 1 hour outside at airport arrivals gate waiting for hotel cab. After that, room wasn't ready, given the room key at 3.40 pm. I had travelled overnight to reach goa, this much was enough to give me extreme tiredness. Bar bill was waived off where I waited for room to get prepared but still I wanted a nap after travells Plug next to bed was loose, didn't charge the phone. I kept it near coffee machine, again bothering my naps. Fridge didn't cool, technician came and repaired it then it worked Next day, till evening, room wasn't clean. When called housekeeping they said I had dnd switched on, which basically I hadnt touched since I arrived Fair warm water in shower, no hot water came even after waiting and keeping it on for few mins. Now, when checking out, I had informed that plz send buggy at 12.15 am and cab ready at 12.30. Everything else was discussed about my partner checking out late, still I was bothered about clearing bills when I was about to sit in cab. Imagine, I m travelling overnight again and at 12.30 they are asking to clear the bills when someone is still in the room. This could have been informed in my room at 10 pm when I had called for faster check out at midnight. Things done, my dinner at lobster bar with my colleagues was taken care of. But I needed a break, not freebies. I had booked a plunge pool room for relaxing not for such hectic days and extremely difficult transfer services.
