Came for a Date night dinner Was a Wonderful experience. We came for a Date night and loved the ambience. The food taste was great and specially the Drinks The music was soothing. Overwhelmed by the service by the team and specially by Ranjana.

We went for Birthday dinner date. Ambience was really good with good light and music. Good for couples or family or office parties. Happy with the service provided by Ms. Ranjana and Manoj from the team. They arranged Complementary dessert for the birthday celebration. Happy with the overall service

It’s was really amazing experience with Marriott. Staff was very polite specially Rakshit sheety was wonderful serve for us. We had drink from danjar it was really good . We had dessert as complementary. So much good vibe . Really I had a great experience .

This hotel has been my ‘home’ for a business trip that turned out to be the best hotel experience I ever had. Usually a great experience is based on cleanness level, quality food, spacious comfortable rooms, a nice pool, spa etc. This hotel has them all at superlative level, but this was not the best part about it. I have had the best care I could imagine from the moment I arrived until my very last moment there. These people really understand hospitality and went above and beyond to make sure I am experiencing the tastiest food, the cleanest room and the greatest care. From the moment I walked out of the room until the evening when I was returning to the hotel, there were people saying hello, asking me about my day, giving me advice on what new food to try, which places to visit, and even which hospital to visit when I was in need. Their attention to detail is remarkable, from remembering that I have a sweet tooth in the morning and preparing unique deserts (not from the menu) to knowing that I prefer tea instead of coffee in the morning and bringing the tea to the table without even having to ask. I was overwhelmed with the level of attention that these people gave me. Every single day, for more than 3 weeks, they made it special. I felt incredibly cared for, spoiled and surprised with amazing food, and it really felt that I had good human connections with each person I’ve been talking to. Moreover, I felt very safe in the hotel, my room was spotless every single day, I had absolutely no extra ask as everything was just the way it should have been. It is a very nice hotel with multiple restaurants, great spa, good privacy level, nice clean 24/7 gym, great room service, tasty chai, and amazing people. I cannot stress enough how wonderful they made me feel. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to chef Dola who helped me every day to pick out my breakfast options and made great deserts. Also, special thank you to Surbhi Kumari, the manager who has helped me in a delicate moment when I needed help, but also made sure that I dont leave the hotel without beautiful gifts she left in my room before I left. Thank you to the duty manager who was on duty on the day I left and noticed that I was in a rush, so he took all my bags and invited me to go have breakfast while he prepared all the paperwork and finale arrangements. I really appreciated that you notice my time management struggle and you helped me without even asking. Thank you to all who I’ve met, you’ve made my state wonderful! I am recommending your hotel to any of my coworkers who will travel to Bangalore and hopefully I will return sometime. Dear people, dont hesistate to book this hotel. Its really an incredible experience.

From the moment I checked in until my departure, my stay at Courtyard and Fairfield was absolutely delightful. The food was a highlight, with every meal being both clean and tasty. I genuinely loved the Banana Cakes served at breakfast 😃. As for the accommodations, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, complemented by pillows that were soft enough to guarantee a good night's sleep. The attention to detail in the services provided was impeccable. The laundry service was perfect, with clothes returned in pristine condition. Room cleaning was thorough, leaving my space spotless every day, and the bathrooms maintained high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The staff were the backbone of my wonderful experience. Everyone was incredibly helpful, but I would like to give a special mention to Sanjivani Mam at the reception. Her warm welcome and thoughtful conversation added a personal touch to my visit that was deeply appreciated. It was clear that she genuinely cares about the guests and their comfort. Thank you to the entire team at Courtyard and Fairfield for making my stay memorable. I look forward to returning soon!

I always struggle to sleep every time I travel to a new place be it within Zambia or outside the country but with trip, I was surprised on how i managed to sleep peacefully. I loved my stay, and the rooms were clean and good environment to stay at.

The hotel itself is clean and has all the amenities you’d expect (gym, pool, restaurant…) but the highlight was really the staff. Everyone I came into contact with was polite, hospitable and went out of their way to help. The restaurant staff were attentive and helpful, suggesting dishes that I I should consider trying (always good recommendations). The reception staff were available and effective. Special mention for Anil, the concierge, who was particularly helpful and ensured I had the information I needed and critically, transport around town whenever I needed it. My travel around Bangalore was easy, prompt and safe because of Anil. Thank you! I’ll be back.

I was satisfied with everything. Especially, executive lounge is perfect for me. In addition, breakfast at the buffet was so good as well. Hence, I wold like to visit the same hotel again. Thank you Saurav-san and Raj-san for your always support!

We had a lunch organised at our office premises by Courtyard by Marriott. The lunch was arranged by Yogesh Gaur who made sure each and every items are tasty, quality wise good, lunch served pretty hygienic way, we had an amazing experience. I would like to mention that vegetable lasagna, ratouli, palak paneer, grilled chicken was too good, everyone enjoyed the food served. Thanks a ton !! Would recommend Marriott for any business meeting catering service.
