Hive Cancun by G Hotels

STAY AWAY.This is definitely the WORST hotel I've ever been to in my entire life. My bf and I went to stay for just two nights, we just wanted to rest and we had some important meetings at night. When we arrived we noticed that the jacuzzi doesn't work and is so DIRTY and DISGUSTING, we called front desk more than 5 times and they NEVER answered. At night we had an important meeting in a restaurant and the hotel simply DOESN’T have HOT WATER, we called reception many times and they never picked up our call. My bf went down to reception and then they sent a man to check the shower, they said there was no way to fix it. They simply didn't have another room to change us into. We had to bathed in EXTREMELY COLD water. They said they were going to change our room the next morning. But that never happened. At night the next door room had extremely loud music until 2am, we called the front desk and they simply DID NOTHING. THEY DONT CARE. In the morning, waiting for them to change rooms. And they NEVER did that. We waited until noon, went down to the front desk and they didn't have a solution for anything, it's inhumane to take a shower in such cold water. They just DONT CARE. So we took another hotel because the guy at reception said they would refund our money. Today I received an email saying they will not refund. But I photographed everything, filmed and recorded everythin they said and what happened. MEASURES will be taken. Bc my boyfriend has health problems…

Great quiet hotel lovely clean room great pool good amenities nice little gym very open and modern hotel great staff no complaints good trip!

Major complaint - at this price range, the hotel should provide shuttle service to airport. ******* ad suggests shuttle service available at a price, but at hotel we are told there is no shuttle and they will order a taxi. Not ideal by a long shot for an airport hotel.

Just stayed here for 5 days with one of my bestfriends, was a little nervous as I’ve never been to Mexico before and we were two young girls traveling alone but let me tell you, it was incredible! Felt safe the entire time, Hive is stunning, with very helpful and truly kind and caring staff members. Alfredo and Miguel stood out to us completely, such nice men, always there to help us whenever we needed! The *only* thing to complain about is the water pressure in the room bathrooms is pretty bad, other than that everything was great, would definitely come back again!

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location wasn’t very convenient for dining and or shopping.

Pool and service is nice, they were accomodating. Comfy beds. Not too much to do around the hotel. There is a 7-11 downstairs though! 15 mins from the airport.

Excelent instalations , location kid of far away from main attractions. Extreme security measurements at elevator
