5 stars, great little boutique hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Close to everything without the crowds. A short walk to great restaurants, bars and coffee shops.

Charming hotel in a great location. The room was comfortable, though mornings came with a touch of courtyard construction noise. Access after reception hours was a little tricky, but manageable. Morning coffee was available, although my attempt to enjoy it in my own cup earned me a gentle scolding from the manager — a moment straight out of Fawlty Towers ☕😉

We loved this authentic and delightful property. Rooms are all different, each accompanied by paintings and vintage and beautiful art and amenities. Flower filled courtyard for coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. Highly recommend.

What a treasure! The feel of a lovingly maintained bed and breakfast in an historic building, but the privacy of a hotel. Stephanie was friendly and helpful; I appreciated her efforts to make my stay pleasant. My room was perfectly enchanting with several artistic touches throughout. Very reasonably priced considering the attention to detail that characterised my stay. A wonderful gem in a very convenient location.

Loved the friendly helpful staff whose English was excellent! The hotel itself is so charming with its 18th century decor in the rooms plus the building itself is old. Very easy to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, light rail, Museum Island - great location in east Berlin. If you don't stay here, you will really miss out on a charming boutique hotel experience. The outdoor garden was lovely and so peaceful to sit out there in the morning with coffee or in the evening. I can't say enough about this wonderful place!

The room, courtyard and common area are gorgeous, historic, and well maintained. You must come before noon to get your key if you don’t have international phone calling. The train station is about a 20 minute walk. It is close to many tourist spots. There is a wonderful Italian restaurant right around the corner and also a cafe. Would definitely stay here again.
