房間還可以，衞生也可以，後面停車場停車要按次收費，進出算一次7塊錢，老闆你是我遇到的第二家讓客人自己付停車費的賓館。你把7元錢加在房費裏都不會讓人覺得噁心。

説實話，我一般出去住，很少給人4.5分以下，我還是從兩個方面來論述這個住的情況。
一.從好的地方來説:
1.他是價格低，但房間大
2.有空調
3.地理位置優越，接近客運站，大概一百多米。
二.那我從他不足這一方面來説一下:1.我住之前，老闆就要求我進行線下交易。問我是否能把網絡上的訂單退掉，線下進行交付，還強烈的詢問我到底定了多少錢？我想可能是因為我訂的那個價格稍微有點低，所以平台上需要扣一定的手續費，當然，店家也給我解釋了，據説是換了老闆的原因，所以對賬手續比較麻煩，但是這個跟消費者沒有關係，我還是堅持使用網上訂單。
2.一般酒店的話，是不會賣跟4字有關的房間號。對於中國人來説是非常不吉利的
3.裝修風格的話，是非常老套，大概是七八年前的老裝飾了。
4.房間空調老化嚴重，他的風是不能循環一整個屋子的，你必須站在空調下面，你才能感受到有風在吹。
那麼我最後做一個總結，這一家屬於是價格低。但是房間的話，還是可以，他比較接近客運站，如果大家希望靠近客運站的話，這一家還是可以的，還是不錯的，而且他家的標間，他是靠在裏面的，比起一般在大街上的那一種店鋪，他家的這一個是比較安靜。總體來説就還行吧，在同等價位，他家還是算不錯的
