Excellent service from front office hotel staff, specially by Matt. Matt had made us feel warm and welcome. He went all the way to fulfil our needs. Would like to definitely come back again. Kudos to Matt for all the good work and support.

酒店有很大的停車場地，面向Windermere湖，走過草坪可以到達湖邊，正對遊船的碼頭入口，地理位置極佳。酒店房間有空調，這對於夏天來遊玩的客人非常重要。酒店早餐蠻好的，幾乎每個座位都可以看到湖面。

非常差勁的酒店！
1、種族歧視。
如果是中國人或者是黃種人臉真的建議不要定。前台帶有很明顯的種族歧視和非常粗魯地對待。一開始還傻傻的沒感覺到，以為都是這樣的，結果服務完發現對白人就笑臉相迎而且非常非常非常禮貌，想玩湖區的心情完全被酒店破壞了，而且這個酒店真的不便宜！！！第一天的前台是個男人，朋友的卡因為是美國卡，在英國刷被異地鎖定了刷卡失敗，這個男的直接跟他説你是偷來的卡，朋友解釋這個卡上寫的就是自己的名字，他還翻白眼。我是臨時訂的酒店訂到後一晚了，問他能不能改到今天直接説下班了辦不了你到一邊去弄別擋着後面的人，語氣非常差而且從不用任何禮貌用語！之後我重新定的他沒收到確認就讓我去一邊等着，後來我明明看到他從傳真機裏拿到了確認單了，依舊晾着我，就讓我在那等着！周圍根本就沒有人在排隊入住，還好咱眼尖看到了我就去辦入住了。第二天的前台是個女的，態度好多了，但是和白人比起來也就just so so吧，有對比真的很不舒服，個人覺得被歧視和粗魯地對待是很影響心情的，出於咱國人素質不跟他們一般見識！但是希望説出來給咱同胞避雷。
2、房型避雷，英國的隔音很差但是這個酒店的特別差，不知道是不是我們房型的原因，我們定的家庭房有一個小客廳的，帶寶寶孩子住的比較多，我天一晚上都是跑來跑去的腳步聲，整晚都有………
3、風景和周圍幾家酒店都差不多，有個後花園的草坪但其實非酒店住客也可以進來，感覺如果不是非要在這個小鎮落腳，不用住這鎮也行。因為在湖邊散散步吃吃飯風景都一樣的。

定了兩個房型，四柱套房還行，房間寬敞，還有一個雙人間一開始給的房型可能是單人間，溝通兩次，最終給換了房間，進房間不便利，又要過防火門去，又要走樓梯，房子太陳舊的原因吧，電梯也是古董

英式管家服務，行李直接送到房間。房間小而温馨，老式電梯很有意思。酒店正對着bowness碼頭，風景無敵。早餐可以選擇窗邊的座位，真的賞心悦目。

房間比較老舊，但是衞生沒有問題，地板嘎吱作響，樓上的腳步聲很容易聽見，如果對於睡眠要求較高的話，不是特別建議入住，當然，地理位置和環境都是非常棒的。
