Nice hotel to stay. Convenient to access most attractions. But the areas more none Spanish and foods. Overall nice hotel and staffs.  Single woman not really recommended.

Hotel close to Sants station. The staff were attentive and pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with everything needed. Perhaps a small refresh of the decor would be good. Overall, it was very good. I would come back.

Hotel was at the central place to go around, very easy to connect by bus or train.  The room was clean and all amenities,, room size was big . breakfast was good too , overall enjoyed.

clean & peaceful lodging A few bus stops nearby. A metro station is about 15-20 minutes walking down/uphill.  The hotel provides a ree shuttle minivan with advance notifications  to a nearby metro station/shopping mall. It  is less convenient with no local phone when booking a  return pick up time because I couldn't foretell when I was able to return.
The staff was  considerate to allow us to check in slightly earlier. Without additional cost

The experience has been very positive; it was our first time staying here, and we found it comfortable, with spacious rooms, everything very clean, and the staff very friendly.

We loved staying here.  The location cannot be bettered. How lovely to have stayed at a place in Bilbao that afforded a choice between pintxoing and staying in and making simple meals at home.  The staff was amazingly helpful.  Thank you!

A boutique hotel close to the Dona Katalina Zubia. There are two entrances to the hotel, the main one facing the road and the other entrance facing the Urumea River. Staff were friendly and always had a smile. The hotel is quite clean and everything is within 15mins walk. The amenities are limited, but there is a 24 hour reception and bar downstairs, a nice roof top sunbathing area and a gym. Please double check the other amenities listing when booking, as I don't recall seeing the Public Bath, Foot Bath and Clothes Dryer as advertise. I would also suggest to check the batteries of the remotes before someone check ins, as I had to request it to be changed and it wasn't available until the next day, more compliment bottles of water and dental kits (given there was 3 of us and only 2 bottles and 1 kit). Overall though, I enjoyed the stay and would come back again.

Good location to old town and city.
Clean apartment hotel with good amenities.
Staffs are friendly but with limited working time in reception. You might need to call staff to checkout/in.
