We had such a lovely stay at Lowanna Resort! We originally booked an 18 m² suite, but when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to be given a full apartment instead. It was such a nice gesture and honestly made us feel really welcome and appreciated.

The apartment was super clean, tidy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable throughout. The location was also great — it was close to the beach, shopping center, and lots of lovely cafés and restaurants, which made everything very convenient.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! ❤️

We were in Brisbane for three days on a business trip. The service was excellent, the environment was nice, and it was close to Chinatown. The only problem was the Wi-Fi was poor.

We had a really good stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and overall the experience was very positive. The location is a big highlight, it’s super convenient and close to everything, which made getting around really easy.
The only downside we found was the underground parking. It’s quite tight and can be a bit challenging to maneuver, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Aside from that, everything else was great and we had an enjoyable stay.

It's a nice place. The neighborhood is quiet and the room is very clean. Opposite is the ALDI supermarket and many places to eat. Because of Christmas, check-in and check-out are unattended and self-service, which is also very convenient. In the future Come again.
