It's a pity we couldn't cook, but overall it was great. The space was large and beautiful, with a microwave. The room was decent, but there wasn't really space for a suitcase unless it was a flip-top style. It's quite close to the city center, which is very good! However, the second floor is a bit high, and we almost died carrying our large luggage up there. Everything else was pretty good! It's not far from the airport or the nearest department store! The best part is you can take bus number 3 directly to the department store or airport, which is super convenient, and the bus stop is only 30 seconds from the hotel entrance! Super budget-friendly!

The hotel's location is super convenient; you can walk to Christchurch city center and nearby attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had excellent water pressure. The front desk staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. The overall environment was quiet, and the facilities were modern. It was a great stay, and the price was reasonable. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Christchurch.

I loved it here!  I was a single traveler, and this was by far the best stay of my 2 weeks in New Zealand.  The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and had a kitchenette.  I tend to over do the adventure on my vacations, but this was my most chill morning on the trip.  The staff is friendly, and as crazy as it sounds, the breakfast was worth it!  I wish I could  have stayed here on the return trip.

Wonderful friendly staff. Great location to shopping mall and places to eat. Wonderful to see that The Angus hotel is being updated. Our room was very nice. Would definitely stay here again. Was an easy drive to Lower Hutt Hospital but also there was nearby busses which took you right outside the hospital. Loved the parrot - Pickles!!
