The room and location were great. The front desk staffs were professionals. One thing I like to add is the hotel should remove the unnecessary drinks (beers) from the fridge. Not everyone like to drink alchohal. It takes spaces in the small fridge. Enjoyed the stay.

The accommodation is conveniently located in the city center with many restaurants in the alley and a 7-Eleven nearby. It's clean, the bathroom lighting is great for makeup, the TV has Netflix, and the bed is soft and comfortable. Excellent! ✅✅✅✅

Nice environment and front desk concierge ladies they know what customer needs and want ! Friendly and all speak English so is definitely a place to chill n have staycations cheap and reasonable pricing !

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The moment I walked through the doors, I felt the warm and attentive service. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was efficient and professional. They also gave us a detailed overview of the hotel's facilities and nearby attractions. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, and the bed was so soft and comfortable, I never wanted to get out of it. The room decor was also very cozy, and all the amenities were well-stocked and of high quality. The hotel's dining was excellent too; the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the taste was simply incredible – every dish was memorable. The hotel environment was also very quiet, ensuring a peaceful rest without any disturbances. Plus, the gym and swimming pool facilities were new and well-equipped; it felt great to work out there in my free time. In short, this hotel excels in every aspect. I'll definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is in a great location with many shops, restaurants, malls and bars around. The hotel doesn’t have many amenities, only basic things e.g. tooth brush and hair dryer. The room is VERY small, honestly not suitable for more than one person. The beds are incredibly comfortable. We only stayed for 2 nights and weren’t in the room for most of the day, so it was okay.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and it is beyond amazing. The location is great, it is so clean, and the staff are the friendliest ever. Highly recommend

Cons

The rooms are very outdated. Furniture, walls, corners, and the bathroom show visible wear and damage. The rooms clearly need renovation.

The photos on the listing do not reflect the current condition of the rooms. They look much newer than they actually are.

A stove was listed as an amenity, but in reality it was not usable — it was covered with a fixed wooden panel and could not be opened.

There is no tea or coffee in the room, despite a coffee machine being shown in the photos. Tea is available at the reception during daytime only.

The air conditioner is very noisy. It is controlled via a wall panel (no remote control) with limited settings, and even on the lowest mode the noise is noticeable.

There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom, so steam stays in the room after showering unless the door is opened.

The TV offers only Thai channels. There is no Smart TV and no option to connect a phone.

The kitchen area has a sink, cabinets, and basic dishes, but it is not functional due to the lack of a stove.

Despite cleaning, the room looks visually worn because of the overall condition of the walls and ceiling.

Pros

The bed is comfortable, with two pillows per person.

Clean bed linen.

The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure.

The room includes a new hairdryer, a refrigerator, dishes, and cutlery.

There is a balcony facing the courtyard, where smoking is allowed.

The staff were polite and helpful. The receptionist spoke good English and explained everything clearly, and the housekeeping staff were also very friendly.

The hotel provides a golf cart shuttle to nearby shopping malls.

The location is convenient, close to M-Sphere, Emporium, and the M District, which was the main reason we chose this hotel.

Overall

Suitable for a short stay of one night.
The main drawback is the outdated rooms and mismatch with the photos.
The location and staff are the hotel’s strongest points.

Минусы

Номера сильно устаревшие. Мебель, стены, углы и ванная с потёртостями и сколами, требуется обновление и ремонт.

Фотографии на сайте не соответствуют текущему состоянию номеров: выглядят новыми, тогда как по факту номера давно не обновлялись.

В номере была заявлена плита, но фактически она отсутствовала — была закрыта и зафиксирована деревянной панелью, воспользоваться ею невозможно.

В номере нет чая и кофе, несмотря на то, что на фотографиях присутствует кофемашина. Чай можно взять на ресепшене в дневное время.

Кондиционер шумный, работает без переносного пульта, управление осуществляется с настенного блока с ограниченным количеством режимов. Даже на минимальном режиме шум заметный.

В туалете нет вытяжки, после душа пар остаётся в комнате, уходит только при открытой двери.

Телевизор показывает только тайские каналы, Smart TV отсутствует, подключение телефона невозможно.

Кухонная зона оборудована раковиной, шкафчиками и посудой, но нефункциональна из-за отсутствия плиты.

Из-за общего износа поверхностей номер визуально выглядит неаккуратно, несмотря на уборку.

Плюсы

Удобная кровать, по две подушки на человека.

Чистое постельное бельё.

Ванная комната была чистой, хороший напор воды.

В номере есть новый фен, холодильник, посуда и столовые приборы.

Есть балкон, выходящий во двор, на котором можно курить.

Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал: девушка на ресепшене хорошо говорит по-английски и подробно всё объясняет, горничные также оставили приятное впечатление.

Предоставляется гольф-кар трансфер до ближайших торговых центров.

Удобное расположение рядом с M-Sphere, Emporium и M-кварталом, что было основной причиной выбора отеля.

Итог

Подходит для краткой остановки на одну ночь.
Основной минус — сильно устаревшие номера и несоответствие фотографиям.
Расположение и персонал — сильные стороны отеля.

We loved location and being so close to the bts. Room was very spacious and clean. Staff were friendly. Everything went perfectly

Overall  is good lazy walk out hotel got tuk tuk can send to outside get the BTS station...or calling  grab or bolt very easy. 

Walk to 7-11 only 3 min.  Walk more around 6 min. Got other 1 7-11 so very easy. Because  I busy go GDRAGON  FAM MEETIING so I come back hotel outside snack stalls already  close😅 my dinner is from 7-11

404 room a bit big , 405 ermmm so so...only room don have Indoor slippers... go to 7-11also don have sell it😅... maybe hotel need upgrade  please  provide  indoor slippers 

Service is so good , every morning  house keeping  will come and cleaned  and top up  our mineral  water ,change the towel, even our pajamas  also there fold  it 🤭 very nice but only 1 day only after that  no more maybe there want our tips😅 opss sorry forgot  put tips 

 only my room got ghost 😅404 not a nice number  maybe can try other room 😅 but our room is connection room 404& 405, I didn't take pic of the room

However, a significant drawback was the noise level late at night, which was quite hearable from the room. Additionally, note that the road access is narrow, making it difficult for taxis/Grabs to enter, which can be an inconvenience. The room was clean, the air conditioning was nice and cool, and it was quiet. The location is good, not too far from the beach. The staff provided good service and greeted us politely. I recommend it!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolute Gem! Perfect Location, Views, and Privacy
I had a wonderful stay at this brand-new hotel and cannot recommend it enough!

What I loved:

• The Location & Views: The hotel is in a highly strategic location. You get breathtaking, uninterrupted sea views while still being within short walking distance of the local night market and plenty of great Halal food restaurants.

• Peace & Privacy: Despite being so close to the local attractions, the hotel itself is incredibly quiet. It offers excellent privacy and a peaceful environment away from the usual street noise.

• Outstanding Service: I requested special room decorations ahead of my arrival, and the team executed it perfectly. It was a beautiful touch that made the stay extra special. they even upgraded our room! 🫶🏻

• Cleanliness: Since it is a new hotel, everything feels fresh, but the housekeeping team deserves extra credit—the entire property and our room were absolutely spotless.

If you are looking for a beautiful sea view, convenience, and a quiet place to relax, this is the perfect choice. I will definitely be back!

nearby to food stall (beware; some food stalls around the earea closes early. some coffee shops also closed at some point

very hard bed. couldnt sleep very well
some machine issues in gym
no pool life guard, swim at your own risk. But its not very deep. Supervise your kids.

- A quiet oasis in the heart of the action, just a 5-8 minute walk to Patong Beach, Patong Night Market, and Jungceylon shopping center.
- Super convenient location with a 7-Eleven, restaurants, and massage shops right downstairs.
- Rooms are new, clean, and spacious.
- Newly renovated in 2025, the facilities are very new and the bedding is comfortable.
- Rooms are bright and airy, with a small balcony and good ventilation.
- Housekeeping is excellent and prompt.
- Service is friendly and thoughtful.
- The front desk staff speak good English, are enthusiastic, and can help with booking taxis and tours.
- Staff are polite and always willing to assist.
- Check-in/check-out is efficient.
- Facilities are practical and useful.
- The rooftop pool offers great views, isn't crowded, and is perfect for photos.
- There's a free gym available.
- Wi-Fi is stable and the air conditioning is powerful.
- Excellent value for money.
- A new hotel with a great location and reasonable prices, significantly cheaper than well-known brands nearby.

Minor Cons (for reference):
- Some rooms face the street and may have slight noise at night (recommend choosing higher floors or rooms facing the inner street).
- Breakfast options are not extensive (a bit basic).
- The hotel doesn't have a private beach (requires walking to the public beach).

Summary:

Ideal for:
- Travelers who want a new, clean hotel in a good location.
- Those with a mid-range budget looking for good value.
- Tourists who enjoy exploring Patong on foot.

Less suitable for:
- People who require a private beach or a luxury experience.

The amenities are 3-star level. What was particularly bad was the incredibly small fridge. It didn't cool at all and had tiny capacity. Since there was a 7-Eleven next door, I went to buy drinks every day. This hotel is not suitable for long-term stays. The good points are its proximity to a shopping center and its convenient location.
