Except for the super top-tier hotels, most hotels in the UK aren't on the same level as an Indigo back home. The room wasn't huge, but thankfully it had everything we needed. The only downside was the lack of shops nearby and the nearest tube station being a bit of a trek.

The room has no other shortcomings except for the small, but this is not a big problem in major international cities around the world.
The hotel facilities are new, fully furnished, and the service is very good, but it can be seen that the details of some process services should be strengthened in terms of training. For example, when we store our luggage, an employee at the front desk who may be an internship suggested that we take pictures to keep our luggage tickets. This is very thoughtful, but it is easy to misunderstand the statement (I took the luggage ticket and left why I still take pictures, In fact, it can be said that ”it is recommended to take pictures to keep them in case you can't find the number”). In addition, I am an IHG member. When I checked in, I clearly told me that I could arrange a late check-out until 2 o'clock. As a result, I called at 11 o'clock the next day and told me that I should check Although we had no plans to check out late that day because we wanted to visit London again, this step was still confusing.
Overall our stay was very satisfactory, the hotel is in a good location, very close to the Westfield shopping center, the subway central is also very convenient to go directly to Oxford Street, walking to Hyde Park is also very fast, taxi to the airport 50 pounds cheaper and faster than the city center. So I am impeccable about the enthusiasm for facilities, location and services. The service details of the flow also need to be strengthened.

Great location, really close to Chinatown. It can get a bit noisy during the day because of the plaza downstairs, but it's fine at night, so you can get a good night's sleep. They also allow service dogs without an extra charge, and check-in was super quick.

The room was very spacious, and it's not far from the train station, Hyde Park, and Kensington Gardens. There are plenty of restaurants downstairs, and a shopping mall and supermarket are also very close by, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient.

I booked a standard room, but was assigned a basement level. I later noticed a lot of reviews said basement levels. I don't know if this is discrimination or what. It's uncomfortable down there. Although there's a window, fresh air is trapped in the atrium, which is disgusting. There's also a bunch of trash in the atrium, which is disgusting. The basement hallway also has a smell that seems stuck and stuffy. I didn't go upstairs, so I don't know if there's any smell there. Every morning, I'm greeted by the stench, which ruins my fun. Oh, I did see a foreign guest staying in the basement level, but the price isn't cheap either. For 2,000+ a night, I'm not happy with the basement level!

Breakfast is cooked to order and is okay, but the sausages are terrible. There's no fresh vegetables in the buffet!

The wait staff are friendly and willing to chat. Overall, the service is quite good.

The location is good, close to the subway station, and convenient for Wimbledon.

The toiletries are comfortable and smell good, Indigo's global standard.

First of all, the hotel reception is really nice. Everyone is very warm and friendly. I feel full of love. The room is very large and clean, with a palace-style bed, I love it. Mineral water is available every day, and snacks are also free to eat, which is charged in other hotels... The location is even better, 3/5 minutes walk to Tower Bridge, double subway, and 8/9 minutes walk to Liverpool Street Station... Liverpool Street Station is convenient to major airports... In short, it is a very good experience, and a must-choose hotel next time you come to London

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were really nice, especially Chrischel and Madison. The room was spacious enough for me.

I like how right the room was in the daytime. In the night, it was a bit dark, they could add some more lights. ￼Most days the room was really cleaned well but there were two days I found the same dirty pillow in my room. After I complained about it one night someone came in, cleaned my room right away. 

The location is a few minutes walk to Main Street. Usually it would be convenient, but there was some construction or something going on so we always had to take a shuttle to the train.

Their luggage storage service is really good.

This is a great hotel. While the facilities aren't top-notch, they absolutely meet the standards of a four-star establishment. If you're looking for an affordable star-rated hotel with well-maintained facilities, this is definitely your best bet. I only paid a little over 900 RMB per night when I booked.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Wall Street and the Charging Bull. We could see Trinity Church right from our window. The room was cleaned daily, and transportation was incredibly convenient with the subway station just a stone's throw away. There's also a supermarket nearby, making it easy to grab groceries and sort out meals. Shopping was a breeze too!

This is the second time our family stayed in this hotel, probably the best choice in Lower East. The hotel manager Milta is really kind and helpful. The cleaning lady Nancy is also very kind and treated our family with extra care. The club and the roof top lounge is also a nice place to hang out and do some work in the morning, and have a drink and spend an evening with friends at night. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York.

Old-fashioned classic hotel. Very convenient nearby, small convenience stores, atm machines, breakfast shops are very close.

The river view room at this hotel offers an excellent view, overlooking the Huangpu River and the towering skyscrapers of Lujiazui right before your eyes. The room has a touch of Chinese style, which adds a lot of charm.

The location and overall environment of the Indigo Hotel are great.

Breakfast might be the only drawback. It's not as extensive as other five-star hotels; the buffet area is quite small and not particularly varied. While they do have essentials like bread and noodles, it doesn't quite feel like a proper breakfast buffet – more like a regular Western restaurant temporarily set up for breakfast.

You can certainly get enough to eat, but it doesn't offer great value for money.

The hotel has a great overall vibe, with a serene environment and high comfort levels. The room has good natural light, and the decor is tidy and inviting. The toiletries are of decent quality. Staff members Alice and Oliver were very welcoming and helpful without being intrusive. The location is excellent for getting around. Overall, my stay was pleasant and hassle-free.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful. I told our concierge, Mina, about our accommodation needs in advance, and she even helped with a bit of room setup, which was a very thoughtful touch. The bedding was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The second-floor pool is definitely worth a visit. It wasn't crowded, and they provided non-slip slippers and towels. The pool water was crystal clear. The showers had toiletries and were clean and tidy. There was even a steam room in the changing area. Watching the sunset from the pool was incredibly relaxing.

Breakfast was great; both the waffles and the freshly grilled lamb chops were delicious.

The location is fantastic. It's very convenient for watching the light show and fireworks; you get a great view just across the street.

The hotel's service was very responsive, and the facilities and cleanliness were excellent. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dishui Lake.
