I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were really nice, especially Chrischel and Madison. The room was spacious enough for me.

I like how right the room was in the daytime. In the night, it was a bit dark, they could add some more lights. ￼Most days the room was really cleaned well but there were two days I found the same dirty pillow in my room. After I complained about it one night someone came in, cleaned my room right away. 

The location is a few minutes walk to Main Street. Usually it would be convenient, but there was some construction or something going on so we always had to take a shuttle to the train.

Their luggage storage service is really good.

The hotel is located near Wall Street, and the area is quiet. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Although the gym isn't large, it's well-equipped and convenient to use. Overall, it was a good experience.

Good location, staff were excellent.  Nothing was too much.  On checking in there was an error, only showed we had one room, but when showing confirmation was rectified straight away.  Close to subway to get around the city.  Rooms are small but what you need because you are out and about.  However, rooms are modern and quiet.  Wardrobe door was broken but didn’t spoil our stay. 
Paid $125 per room deposit, only down fall was on checking out had another charge on my card, for both rooms and unsure what this is for.  Didn’t receive any confirmation or reassurance I will get my deposits back.  But overall couldn’t fault the hotel.  Roof top bar, probably needs some work, tiles were lose and staff weren’t ready when we went up, so didn’t stop for a drink just went straight back down.

This is the second time our family stayed in this hotel, probably the best choice in Lower East. The hotel manager Milta is really kind and helpful. The cleaning lady Nancy is also very kind and treated our family with extra care. The club and the roof top lounge is also a nice place to hang out and do some work in the morning, and have a drink and spend an evening with friends at night. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York.

The hotel is just a 2-3 minute walk after getting off the subway. Overall, the interior and atmosphere of the hotel itself is pretty, but it was a bit disappointing that it took a while for the hot water to come out and there were no basic amenities such as disposable slippers and water.
Still, the hotel overall was pretty and clean, so it was much better than the old place in Manhattan.

Centrally located in London with convenient transportation. The hotel maintains the Indigo brand's stylish aesthetic, which is really impressive. The breakfast is extensive, offering both buffet and à la carte options, which is a nice touch.

A prime location—just steps away from LEGO, the winter market, and Greggs, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The hotel itself was awesome, offering a stylish and comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the rooftop bar—the view was absolutely magnificent, perfect for unwinding with a drink. A fantastic stay overall, and I’d highly recommend it!

A charming hotel nestled the the throngs of a busy area and conveniently located near Paddington station. 
The double room I booked had all the amenities needed, shampoos, coffee maker and kettle, but it was absolutely tiny. 
With the double bed in the middle, there was no space even to open two suitcases on the floor, without tripping over them since they were the same width as the area remaining from the bed to the wall. 
I would recommend the hotel but check the size of the rooms, especially if there are two of you staying.

First of all, the hotel reception is really nice. Everyone is very warm and friendly. I feel full of love. The room is very large and clean, with a palace-style bed, I love it. Mineral water is available every day, and snacks are also free to eat, which is charged in other hotels... The location is even better, 3/5 minutes walk to Tower Bridge, double subway, and 8/9 minutes walk to Liverpool Street Station... Liverpool Street Station is convenient to major airports... In short, it is a very good experience, and a must-choose hotel next time you come to London

I booked a standard room, but was assigned a basement level. I later noticed a lot of reviews said basement levels. I don't know if this is discrimination or what. It's uncomfortable down there. Although there's a window, fresh air is trapped in the atrium, which is disgusting. There's also a bunch of trash in the atrium, which is disgusting. The basement hallway also has a smell that seems stuck and stuffy. I didn't go upstairs, so I don't know if there's any smell there. Every morning, I'm greeted by the stench, which ruins my fun. Oh, I did see a foreign guest staying in the basement level, but the price isn't cheap either. For 2,000+ a night, I'm not happy with the basement level!

Breakfast is cooked to order and is okay, but the sausages are terrible. There's no fresh vegetables in the buffet!

The wait staff are friendly and willing to chat. Overall, the service is quite good.

The location is good, close to the subway station, and convenient for Wimbledon.

The toiletries are comfortable and smell good, Indigo's global standard.

The location is fantastic! Right by the Huangpu River, you can look up and see the 'Three-Piece Suit' (Shanghai Tower, Shanghai World Financial Center, and Jin Mao Tower) plus the stunning river views. I called ahead and the hotel upgraded me to a full river-view room. Confirmed, the pictures on Trip.com are exactly what you get! It's a modern style blended with old Shanghai elements, creating a wonderful ambiance during the day. At night, I personally found it a little spooky though, haha. The restaurant staff, especially one lady, was very kind and took excellent care of the children. Many thanks!

Shanghai Jing'an Hotel is in a fantastic location, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was spotless, with great natural light and ventilation, and the bedding was so comfortable, I slept like a baby. Fanny and Lucky provided excellent, attentive service, always ready to help with anything we needed – truly a five-star experience! The hotel has a quiet, elegant atmosphere with excellent amenities, perfect for both business and leisure travelers. I honestly recommend staying here. We had an amazing experience during our Chinese New Year stay.

This was my first time bringing my child to Lingang, and the hotel, which opened last year, has great facilities and a nice environment. As an InterContinental member, I even received three complimentary drink vouchers. We booked a deluxe lake view balcony room, allowing us to enjoy Lingang's Saturday night fireworks show without leaving our room. The hotel pool was also fantastic and a hit with the little one. There are two children's parks nearby, perfect for kids. Plus, there's a cycling path for biking and Cloud Bookstore is right next door. The hotel is also not far from the Planetarium.
