Feels like another world as compared to Dubai city. 
Hospitality was great and staff always eager to assist. 

Breakfast and Dinner buffet has a lot of room for improvement. Variety, presentation and vegetarian options- these things need to be worked upon.

In coming years, this island will turn into full destination in itself for ultra wealthy.

I stayed at Voco Bonnington Dubai not for business, which seems to be the usual reason for guests, but simply to experience it—and on Christmas Day no less. I went with my friend Hannah, and the Christmas decorations were beautifully done, adding to the festive atmosphere.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—a wide variety of options and great food to start the day. The pool was nice and refreshingly cold, though the rooms felt a bit outdated compared to newer, more modern hotels.
A big shoutout to the guy at reception—he was very hospitable and entertaining, which made the check-in experience pleasant, though I forgot his name.
What I really appreciated was the free access to the sauna and steam room, definitely a great perk. The location is also a plus, right in the heart of JLT, surrounded by restaurants, spas, and barbershops, making everything easily accessible.
Overall, a decent stay with some great features, though the rooms could use a refresh.

The room felt a bit old, definitely not like it opened in 2019; it seemed more like 10+ years. The service was excellent, and the front desk staff were great. There was a slight leak in the shower, but everything else was good, and I really liked the design.

Good value for money, great location and service from the staff most especially to Liza, Popi and to all the the staffs at the restaurant who've been so attentive and accommodating to us. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

I had a wonderful stay at voco Monaco Dubai. The location is truly unique — staying on a private island makes the experience feel exclusive and relaxing from the moment you arrive.

The hotel has a beautiful European-style atmosphere, stylish design, and very comfortable rooms with great views. Everything is well maintained and thoughtfully designed to create a vacation vibe.

The staff were very welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout the stay. The beach, pool area, and restaurants were excellent, making it easy to spend the entire day enjoying the island.

Overall, it’s a perfect place for a relaxing getaway away from the busy city while still being in Dubai. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something different and memorable.

The best thing about this place is obviously the location, you can be in and out Times Square all day. The room is well very compact, but still manageable to stay. Plenty of lifts is a plus, so you didn't have to wait that long even staying at the high floor. 

The unexpected experience was about the water temperature and pressure, which made us really suffered. The staff did come up to fix it, but couldn't be solved. The hotel offered us to change the room, but it was so late at night already. We decided to put our chance to the next morning, which the hotel committed to fix it. Then once again, it was a bit better, but still very hard to use. Finally, after talked many times with the front, we got waived of the extra 30$ charged per day as an apology. 

One more thing, our card was charged a mysterious amount of 8.01$ in the middle of the night (which the front also couldn't explain what this amount was), which until now, not have been credited back to the card. We tried to email the hotel many times, but got a reply only onece, with long explanation, but not clear about what that amount was. We did ask back again.. and still silent until now. ☹️

It was very well experience, except this incident, that should really be closely taken care of. Now we gave up to ask anything anymore, seemed being ignored by the hotel already, which we were really disappointed. 

So if you stay here, please be careful about all the amount charged.

The room was a bit on the small side. On the first day, we were initially assigned the wrong room type, but the staff promptly and proactively resolved the issue. The location was excellent – it's very close to Moynihan Train Hall and Penn Station, and Vessel is just a short 10-15 minute walk away.

Booked this for a stay after a flight.  The check in was great.  They were full of great info.  Rooftop dining for breakfast and dinner.  Chinese buffet as well.  It is a bit confusing because the hotel only uses 3 floors, but well worth it.  Rooms are very clean.  Best bedding and towels I have seen in a long time in a hotel.  The only negative is, we found the shower floor to be a bit slippery.  We will definitely stay here again.

Best location! 5 min to subway 6, easy going downtown and come back uptown. Walking distance to Central Park and MET, surrounded by good coffee, bars, restaurants and shops! Employees are all super warm and nice! Super good room cleaning with all my stuff hanging everywhere and they can still carefully place and clean!!! Wish I can go back and stay here again! Best decision I made for my NYC trip. 😊

For a trip to Chengdu, voco Chunxi Road is my top choice. The location is absolutely fantastic, with the subway and shopping district right on its doorstep. The hotel's decor is very stylish, and the rooms are quiet and peaceful. The toiletries are also of excellent quality. I have to give a special shout-out to Evelyn, whose service was professional and incredibly thoughtful. She was always quick to help with any requests, making for a truly wonderful experience. When I checked out, I left something in my room, and she promptly helped me find it. This hotel is definitely worth coming back to!

Facilities: The facilities are quite new, and the hotel breakfast offers a good variety.
Hygiene: Clean and hygienic, very good.
Environment: Great location, very close to Jiuyan Bridge, convenient for going out and exploring.
Service: The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in was very quick.

My stay here was excellent. Even before I arrived, the hotel called to ask about my check-in needs and thoughtfully reminded me about the local weather, advising me to bring an umbrella. Ivy's caring service really made a positive impression.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the high-tech zone, right next to Crescent Lake, with plenty of dining options nearby. The view from the window, with its towering buildings, offered a great sense of modern vibrancy during the day and a bustling cityscape at night, making it feel very worthwhile. The lobby's decor is unique and artistic, with a warm ambiance that immediately made a comfortable first impression.

What truly impressed me were the details in the room: as soon as I opened the door, I was greeted by a faint, soothing woody fragrance. I'm very particular about cleanliness, so I immediately started checking every nook and cranny, worried I might find something amiss. But after a thorough inspection, everything was spotless. The towels were neatly folded, and even the logos on the toiletries were perfectly aligned – a truly distinctive touch. It's clear this hotel is exceptionally well-managed.
