We had a wonderful stay at voco Monaco Dubai. The hotel has a very unique location and a relaxing island atmosphere, which makes it truly special.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The design is modern and stylish, and everything we needed was provided. Housekeeping did a great job.

The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From reception to restaurant service, everyone made us feel welcome and taken care of.

The food was very good, with a nice variety and fresh options. The restaurant atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was excellent.

Overall, voco Monaco Dubai offers a high level of comfort, great service, and a unique experience away from the busy city. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The hotel is right by the World Trade Center, conveniently located next to a subway station, making it super easy to get around. The room was quite spacious, very clean, and quiet, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Dinner was delicious. I would definitely come back again.

All the staff are polite, sincere and helpful. Steven in the front desk gave me a very warm welcome and introduce the hotel and service very clear,. He allowed me to check in earlier in the morning make me can have rest immediately after a long journey. All in all a very good hotel!

A very satisfying experience, the bed was very comfortable, the room was large and very clean. I slept well, the soundproofing of the room was good, and the breakfast was pretty good. All in all, it was great. Will come again

誤打誤撞定了這個酒店，剛開始不知道要坐船入住，收到短訊才知道 準備取消的，最後還是入住了，確實很驚喜，整個團隊從AI WASF 碼頭的行李工作人員到前台，再到SHUTTLE BUS的司機，每個人都很熱情，尤其在最後一刻LINGAM提着行李幫我沖刺趕11點的船。感謝所有員工的五星級服務，早餐也很豐富，沙灘泳池很美，值得住兩天。強烈推薦。

The room was small, the bed was okay, and the location was alright.

*Pros: The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for transportation and dining options. I appreciated the pleasant amenities, such as the comfy one-time-use slippers. 

*Cons:The edge of the bathroom is not properly sealed, causing it to leak every time after shower. There are loud noises from the city (traffic, police, or ambulances) that can be heard until 1 or 2 a.m. each night. Additionally, there are only two elevators, which can be slow to wait for.

The Voco The Franklin New York was a great choice. The location is awesome, the bed was the highest point (really comfortable) and the staff always helpful and friendly. We hope to come back soon.

Nice hotel located near hotpot restaurant and KTV.  Felt like I was back in China!  The front desk clerk was not there upon checkout… I just left the key. Love the airport motif.

The room is very spacious, and the facilities and services in both the public areas and the room are excellent! I've stayed at many IHG hotels, and this is truly the first one that made me feel so at home and eager to take photos and share – especially considering the price, the value for money is absolutely outstanding! The photos of the room and gym are exactly what you get, but I want to highlight two details that really impressed me: First, it's been a long time since I've finished showering and then started examining the showerhead itself. I highly recommend that all InterContinental hotels across the country copy this Kohler Selected shower system when renovating. Second, this is genuinely the first time I've seen a self-service laundry room equipped with a cleaning attendant to help dry clothes and neatly fold the dried laundry into baskets with tags. You can truly feel whether a hotel puts effort into delivering quality service. I hope they maintain this standard, and I will definitely be back next time I visit Chengdu.

Staying at the voco Chengdu Jiuyan Bridge for a business trip, I have to give full marks to Cassie at the front desk! I was in a hurry for a meeting during check-in, and not only was she super efficient, but she also proactively upgraded me to a quiet room on a higher floor. She patiently reminded me of the meeting room location and breakfast times. Her service was consistently warm and professional, instantly easing my travel fatigue. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu!

Our stay was a thoughtful journey that began even before arrival. A special shout-out to Ashley at the front desk for her meticulous arrangements – she contacted us in advance to confirm our needs, ensured a comfortable room was ready, and even had our license plate registered upon arrival, making the check-in process incredibly smooth. What truly touched us was her thoughtful gesture of preparing slippers, toothbrushes, and adorable little gifts for the kids; it brought smiles to the whole family.

The hotel's environment and facilities are also remarkable. The guest rooms are clean and modern, but the most stunning feature has to be the view from the window. Whether it was the city skyline bathed in morning light or the glittering lights at night, it was picture-perfect, adding a serene and beautiful ambiance to the entire stay.

Both the facilities and service were top-notch, and the view was an unexpected delight. Choosing Jinjiang International Hotel was undoubtedly the best decision we made on this trip.
