Came here with my mom for 3 nights. Location is quite good. The metro is 400m away and you can access many parts of dubai. Behind the hotel and nearby there are convenient stores and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are well trained, professional and courteous. The room and Bathroom is spacious. Breakfast is good. As i am writing this, we had to extend another day due to the war happening between Iran and Israel. Airports are shut. The staff managed to give us a good rate to extend our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at voco Dubai and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our visit. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with modern and comfortable rooms that made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable. The location is also excellent, making it easy to explore Dubai and access major attractions.

The facilities, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail throughout our stay.

We would highly recommend voco Dubai to anyone visiting the city and will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable

At first, I didn't notice anything wrong with the bed, but over time, the gap in the middle seemed to widen, and I started experiencing backaches. That's when I learned that 'king-size beds' abroad can sometimes be two single beds pushed together. The hotel insisted it was still considered a king bed. However, this shouldn't compromise your sleep quality. If you feel uncomfortable, ask the hotel to address it. They can usually adjust the beds to be closer together and add an extra mattress topper, which typically solves the problem. If you're very particular about your bedding, you might want to choose your hotel carefully.

Absolutely amazing stay at Voco Hotel! As an IHG member, I truly experienced exceptional service throughout my stay. The room was incredibly comfortable with stunning unobstructed sea views. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wonderful variety of options. I had a wonderful stay at voco Monaco Dubai. The location is truly unique — staying on a private island makes the experience feel exclusive and relaxing from the moment you arrive.

The hotel has a beautiful European-style atmosphere, stylish design, and very comfortable rooms with great views. Everything is well maintained and thoughtfully designed to create a vacation vibe.

The staff were very welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout the stay. The beach, pool area, and restaurants were excellent, making it easy to spend the entire day enjoying the island.

Overall, it’s a perfect place for a relaxing getaway away from the busy city while still being in Dubai. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something different and memorable.

The room was indeed small, but it had all the necessary amenities. The hotel provided two pairs of slippers and two bottles of drinking water. Since we weren't in the room during the day, the size didn't significantly impact our stay.

The hotel front desk charged an additional $30 fee, but in return, we received a $20 voucher for the room. We used it at the restaurant on the second floor when we returned to the hotel in the evening. We had to pay for the extra amount ourselves. The food at the restaurant was decent, and their apple and cinnamon non-alcoholic cocktail 🍹 was excellent.

The location is superb, with everything you need nearby. We were mainly there to see Broadway shows, and the theater was just a 3-minute walk from the hotel, making it convenient and safe to walk back at night.

This hotel is amazing! The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was well-stocked with towels and everything you could need. The staff are incredibly friendly, especially the guys who serve breakfast, which is absolutely incredible. They cook everything themselves, and not only is it delicious, but it's also visually appealing. It's a really comprehensive breakfast. Then there are some really cool touches, like having popcorn and lemonade available all day at reception to grab whenever you like. In the room, there's a coffee machine with pods that are replenished daily, as are the water bottles. This is definitely somewhere I'll stay again when I return to New York.

Booked this for a stay after a flight.  The check in was great.  They were full of great info.  Rooftop dining for breakfast and dinner.  Chinese buffet as well.  It is a bit confusing because the hotel only uses 3 floors, but well worth it.  Rooms are very clean.  Best bedding and towels I have seen in a long time in a hotel.  The only negative is, we found the shower floor to be a bit slippery.  We will definitely stay here again.

When I checked in for the second time, I accidentally received a small gift of chocolate biscuits from the hotel logo, and I was surprised and happy. However, I was arranged in the room facing the platform. I took the video and photos of the subway entering the station. It felt that the opportunity was rare and it was quite good. But I felt okay after sleeping all night, and the family members didn't sleep well at all. After negotiating with the front desk, I immediately changed the room.
The breakfast was quite good, but the level of the waiter was uneven. There was a child who just came to work and was more rigid and obeyed the rules. Other waiters are very good at talking and thinking about customers.
Tips:
1. If you want to travel conveniently and sleep quietly, you must communicate with the hotel as soon as possible.
2. If you get unexpected help, thank the service staff for giving cash tips on the spot, which is more than swiping the QR code back to the room to receive unexpected surprises 😜

Best location! 5 min to subway 6, easy going downtown and come back uptown. Walking distance to Central Park and MET, surrounded by good coffee, bars, restaurants and shops! Employees are all super warm and nice! Super good room cleaning with all my stuff hanging everywhere and they can still carefully place and clean!!! Wish I can go back and stay here again! Best decision I made for my NYC trip. 😊

Staying at the voco Chengdu, perfectly situated in the heart of Chunxi Road, was such a pleasant surprise! It's just a 10-15 minute walk to Taikoo Li and IFS, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. This hotel, which opened last year, boasts spacious rooms with comfortable King Koil mattresses and Elemis toiletries, ensuring maximum comfort. The service truly stands out – the butler was attentive and thoughtful, and the Dan Dan noodles at breakfast were authentically delicious. As an IHG property, the quality is guaranteed, and it offers excellent value for money. If you're coming to Chengdu, this is definitely the place to go, no second thoughts needed!

I was a guest in room 1406 from August 31st to September 1st. I travel frequently for business, spending about 10 days a month in Chengdu. This was my first time staying at Voco Hotel, and I had such a great experience that I felt compelled to write this review.

First, let's talk about the service. I arrived at the hotel close to 1 AM on the 31st, and I was checked in by a very handsome front desk agent. He upgraded my room, and because my company's travel policy didn't include breakfast, I asked if I could get one. He mentioned that the restaurant is operated by a third party and he would need to check with the restaurant manager the next day. Since I had a morning meeting and was worried about time, I discussed it with him, and he assured me it wouldn't be an issue and that he would contact me after I woke up. True to his word, my alarm went off at 8 AM, and at 8:10 AM, he called to inform me that breakfast had been arranged and I could just go and enjoy it. That's incredibly thoughtful! Then, I casually asked the front desk if they had latex pillows. He said he would check with housekeeping, and within 10 minutes of me getting to my room, one was delivered. The service is truly comprehensive and the service process is well-established.

The breakfast experience the next morning was also excellent. The hotel's guest density was low, so the dining environment was superb, and there was even a terrace. The staff were also very professional; the pastry chef, when not serving, stood attentively and wasn't on his phone. The cleaning staff were very careful, trying not to make any noise. Overall, the breakfast was great, with delicious dishes that weren't too oily or salty, making it very healthy.

Secondly, the facilities and environment. The hotel's overall decor is very new, simple yet not basic, with quality materials, craftsmanship, and a sense of luxury. The hairdryer is a Laifen, which is a big plus, and the overhead shower and faucet water pressure and temperature were excellent 👍.

Also! The room key card is genuinely exquisite and well-designed; it's 100% wooden and very beautiful. I took one home, haha.

I'll definitely come back again. I just hope the prices don't go up, or it'll exceed my budget!

I booked two rooms for a stay on Saturday, July 11th, and overall, the experience was excellent. The only minor quibble was that the breakfast coffee was a bit weak, but the service and atmosphere were absolutely fantastic. We specifically came to Chengdu for the weekend with my parents-in-law and our one-year-old baby, to show our appreciation to the elders and give our little one a warm and cozy trip. During our stay, Emily proactively reached out to me, adding me as a contact to ask about our needs. She went above and beyond, solving the issue of a baby playpen and helping to arrange a more spacious room. I'm incredibly grateful for her assistance. The entire hotel is great and definitely worth staying at.
