Very nice and clean. Busy, but people seemed to keep to themselves. Pet friendly. We stayed in the 4000 building right near everything. We couldn't hear anything outside in the evening besides the occasional dog barking and we were next to the pirate pool. There was some construction going on. There's lots to do. Bummer that it's not all inclusive. Service is 50/50. I don't expect to be waited on hand and foot, but not being able to call or know who to call when something isn't working is annoying. We were automatically texted upon check in by a representative that was supposed to handle issues. She helped the first time with a door lock but went MIA after that. Be aware they really try to push buying a timeshare. Bonus, Walmart is directly across from the main entrance. Tip, if you are visiting Disney, that Walmart had a TON of Disney stuff for a fraction of the price at the parks.

The pool is nice. However, the room was a connecting room with the door to the next room closed off, so light, noise, and even smells come through. There was no one staying next door on the first night, so I didn’t notice and decided to extend my stay for another day. But the next day, when someone checked in next door, it became quite uncomfortable. They were eating and making noise around 11 p.m. Of course, they were just doing that in their own room. But I really don’t recommend getting a connecting room.

This hotel is a bit out of the way, about a 10-15 minute walk from the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. The rooms are spacious, but the facilities are old. The Wi-Fi was okay during the day but practically unusable at night. The lobby was noisy, and I didn't feel particularly safe. The parking situation was the weirdest part: you either had to use valet or pay through an app that required a U.S. phone number for registration and payment, which is extremely unaccommodating for international visitors. However, the front desk attendant was very helpful and waived a $20 parking fee for us, which we really appreciated. On the positive side, the hot water and cleanliness were good.

I wish we would have stayed longer to be able to enjoy all of the amenities. Everything was clean inside and outside areas. The marketplace was convenient and organized. Parking was great and close to our room. I would stay here again and would recommend to those looking to have a fun and peaceful stay off the strip, but close to so many things.

We love Westgate lake and resorts. This is our 3rd year.

Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and the resorts is beautiful. If there’s only 1 minor thing we could point out, it is that the rooms have no real curtains. They have the window shades which u can open and close but they are not blacked out.

This means you’re early awake from the sun coming in your rooms.

Very comfortable, very cost-effective, many times patronized
