A very satisfying stay! The hotel's location is easy to find and very convenient for transport. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in/check-out was very efficient. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent, making for a truly peaceful stay. The soundproofing was good too, so I slept really well at night. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area and will recommend it to friends!

Overall, my stay was fantastic, and the front desk service truly stood out. The staff were warm, friendly, and highly efficient. Check-in and check-out were both quick and seamless. They were very thorough and sincere when answering all my questions about directions and facilities, never giving a perfunctory response. This thoughtful service made me feel very welcome. Both the value for money and the service deserve a five-star rating.

My stay at the Onetop Hotel in Beijing's Lize Business District was absolutely fantastic! I have to specially commend the front desk service – it was truly exceptional. The moment I walked into the lobby, a lovely lady at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile. She was incredibly welcoming and friendly, instantly melting away my travel fatigue. Check-in was super fast; I didn't have to stand around waiting at all. She swiftly completed everything and proactively shared the room's WiFi password, breakfast times, and hotel facilities, showing great attention to detail. When I checked out, I was in a hurry, and the front desk staff quickly processed everything. She also thoughtfully reminded me to take all my belongings and wished me a safe journey with a smile, making me feel like I was talking to a friend. Besides the excellent front desk, the hotel itself is also great. The room was spacious and clean with good natural light, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It's also close to the subway station, making getting around super convenient. The buffet breakfast had a good variety, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Just a ten-minute walk from the Italian Style Street and easily accessible by subway from the train station.

Hygiene: The room layout is well-designed with a separate wet and dry area. Although the room isn't huge, it doesn't feel cramped.

Service: The young women working here are all incredibly enthusiastic and proactive in helping with any issues. They even called to remind me that I'd left a bottle of facial cleanser and put it in my stored luggage.

Facilities: There's a laundry room, a gym, a creative corner, and lots of free stamps to collect.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Ruyuan Tuo Xikang Road Hotel. Here's a breakdown:

First, the location is incredibly convenient, a huge plus! It's just a few minutes' walk from the hotel to Xikang Road Station on Metro Line 3, making it very quick and easy to get to Heping District and Tianjin Station. Downstairs, there's a Holiland bakery, a supermarket just around the corner, and across the street, you'll find authentic Jianbing Guozi, the old-brand Guishunzhai, a pharmacy, and Mixue. Right outside the subway exit, there's a Luckin Coffee next to a 7-Eleven. It truly feels so convenient!

Second, the hotel's buffet breakfast is decent and standard, mainly because the price is reasonable, offering excellent value for money. The hotel has a trendy Chinese style throughout, and the entire room is smart-enabled. Sometimes, it's not super responsive, but it absolutely doesn't affect the overall stay. You can cast anything to the large screen to watch movies or listen to music, which creates a great ambiance. The king-size bed is also very comfortable, and they thoughtfully provide two pillows, one firm and one soft, which is very friendly for those with neck issues.

Finally, all the staff are incredibly nice! Whether it's the lovely ladies at the front desk or any other staff member you encounter, they are all patient and friendly, offering various help. They provide free luggage storage, various candies and snacks, and life-saving mineral water in the summer. They truly go above and beyond to assist, and are very patient. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Tianjin!

I highly recommend the Xi'an Bell Tower Original Tuo Hotel! My stay far exceeded expectations. The room hygiene was meticulously done, even the corners were spotless, and the overall feel was clean and refreshing. The room was spacious, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety, including freshly cooked noodles and local specialty snacks, all of which tasted great. The staff were gentle and polite, and check-in was efficient. The surrounding commercial area is well-developed, close to the City Wall and Yizhou Mall, making sightseeing and dining very convenient. There's also a self-service laundry room, which is a great practical perk. It's perfect for both independent travelers and short trips; every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. I genuinely recommend it!
