GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location, very convenient from the airport. Because my flight was delayed, I didn't arrive at the hotel until after 3 AM, and the front desk kindly called to check on me; they were very patient. My family missed breakfast in the morning, and they even offered to pack some for me to take back to the room – I'm extremely grateful. The staff were all very friendly. The room was very warm, had a humidifier, and a smart toilet. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and didn't take any photos.

AAnonymous UserGot an upgraded room during the off-season, and the staff were very professional. The overall comfort of the room was quite good. I didn't give it a perfect score because there are definitely areas that need improvement, especially for a Hyatt-branded hotel with a non-trivial price tag (comparable to a five-star hotel).
1. The hot food at breakfast was almost cold (we arrived at the restaurant a little after 8 AM), which made it feel like it had been prepared the day before; if that's the case, it's quite bad.
2. When the room is set for sleeping, the light switch for the mirror light is brightly flashing directly at the bed, which is annoying and affects sleep.
3. There's a problem with the waterproofing around the washbasin; there's a noticeable leak.

There are many perks available at different times of the day. The room facilities are exquisite, the environment is good, the TV screen is large, and the windows are incredibly clean, offering a 270-degree view of the mountains for a leisurely experience. The underfloor heating is comfortable and adjustable, and breakfast is rich and varied.

GGuest UserThe service was exceptionally satisfying. Due to an unexpected incident, I had some health issues. The owner patiently stayed with me, helped call an ambulance in the middle of the night to the Bole hospital, and even arranged for a staff member of the same gender to accompany me. This was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. The staff member was also excellent, running back and forth in the emergency room until very late. It truly showed a very human touch. The hotel's view is also great, very charming, and you can see Sayram Lake. I'm really so grateful! I didn't get a chance to take photos of the hotel, but the two kittens in the camp are adorable, and the owner takes good care of them. There are golf carts to shuttle you to and from your room, and any issues you call the front desk about are resolved wonderfully.

The facilities are complete, but there's still a noticeable renovation smell from the elevator and the room's decorative panels. The front desk mentioned they'll be redecorating the elevator area soon. However, the housekeeping and cleaning standards are quite poor; this is the first time I've checked into a hotel and found a half-empty bottle of water on the table and a clump of hair on the bathmat. This is far from Marriott's service standards. Nevertheless, I must say that the hotel staff's service attitude is professional and friendly, and they are prompt in addressing issues.

GGuest UserI'm a long-time member of Dongcheng. When I was out for a trip, I saw the newly opened Boman and decided to choose it. It met my expectations, with dry and wet areas separated and very clean. The front desk girl was very friendly and provided directions to nearby night markets. When I checked out, the manager asked about my stay and gave me suggestions for going to Sailimu Lake, which was very helpful. It was a very good stay and I would choose this store again next time.

XXiaoshiyayaHotel location should be regarded as a central location, we arrived early in the morning, and with two kittens, we found this hotel, the hotel is very quiet, the front desk lady on duty at night is also very good!
The room is more than I thought, very new and clean, the bathroom with separate dry and wet, electric toilet, and disinfection wipes in the details!
The hotel is also equipped with a laundry room, it feels very clean

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's exterior looks great, and the front desk even thoughtfully upgraded my room. They said they'd move me to their main building, which I was initially happy about. But it turned out to be worse than not upgrading at all. After showering, it was freezing. Why? Because the water was cold. Then I tried to turn on the air conditioning but couldn't find the remote. When I asked the front desk, they said it's centrally controlled and they adjust the temperature... Also, the hygiene wasn't good. When I went to take a shower, the entire bathroom wall was covered with scattered long hairs stuck to it... Luckily, I only stayed one night and left early the next morning. The breakfast, however, was good.

GGuest UserThis hotel has a unique, camp-style vibe, and I highly recommend it for road trips. It's a bit different from your typical chain hotel in terms of facilities, but it definitely has its own charm. We stayed in room A103, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to give us the best room available that day. That kind of service really makes a difference and adds a lot to the overall experience. They have charging stations for electric vehicles, which is super convenient. From our room, we had floor-to-ceiling windows with a fantastic view of Sayram Lake. Breakfast was delivered right to our room, so we got to enjoy it while watching the sunrise – a moment and a view I'll cherish forever. Even in early April, the room was warm thanks to the air conditioning.

It was extremely cold during the holiday, around 1°C, but thankfully the hotel provided a comfortable place to sleep. It had hot water and a private bathroom. However… the environment was quite basic, like a converted restaurant – it had everything you'd expect. I'd recommend it for those on a budget, as hotels with private bathrooms nearby cost several hundred to over a thousand yuan.
