GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location, very convenient from the airport. Because my flight was delayed, I didn't arrive at the hotel until after 3 AM, and the front desk kindly called to check on me; they were very patient. My family missed breakfast in the morning, and they even offered to pack some for me to take back to the room – I'm extremely grateful. The staff were all very friendly. The room was very warm, had a humidifier, and a smart toilet. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and didn't take any photos.

GGuest UserFive-star recommendation for this hotel! A butler called me even before check-in, and after finding out we were a party of three, they upgraded us to a suite for free. We arrived quite late for check-in, but the butler was still incredibly friendly, helped us with our luggage, and offered warm ginger tea, hot milk, and a variety of snacks. The butler also carried our bags to the room, explaining all the facilities and services along the way. In the evening, they sent various thoughtful tips in our WeChat group. On check-out day, they also gave us a warm farewell. Super, super recommended! The butler service is excellent, and the hotel facilities are great. Highly, highly recommended! Seriously, truly recommended!

GGuest UserThe beauty of Sayram Lake was absolutely amplified by this stargazing camp. On May 12th, the weather went from clear to cloudy, then overcast, then rain, then hail, and finally ended with light snow, all while being buffeted by strong winds. Although the lake was beautiful to its very core, the cold by its shore made my bones ache. Stepping into this room, wow, it was so warm I almost cried. The room was really unique; after staying in so many standard hotels, this one got my nearly 70-year-old parents as excited as two little kids. They sat by the window gazing at the lake, and even lay in bed watching it. They said it was an experience they'd never had in their lives. The location speaks for itself; it's so good that I almost felt like buying a ticket to drive around the lake was a waste – staying at the camp and enjoying the view was perfectly sufficient. The room was comfortably furnished, and the smart toilet, shower, and washing facilities were all perfectly adequate. Breakfast was incredibly rich and clean, satisfying even the pickiest palates; it's clear the owner puts a lot of heart into running this place. The front desk lady was exceptionally warm and diligent, patiently solving all sorts of guest problems; her service attitude was impeccable. The driver who transported guests and luggage in the little cart was also thoughtful and attentive. The three of us had three suitcases, five large bags, two small bags, and several plastic bags – it looked like we were fleeing a disaster! The driver quickly helped us move everything without letting us lift a finger. All in all, my opinion is that you get what you pay for. Whether it's the hotel's uniqueness, location, or service, it's absolutely worth the price. I've spent thousands of yuan many times in my life, but to have an experience that my parents found so novel and unforgettable for a lifetime, that truly makes it worthwhile.

My partner and I booked an appointment to get our marriage certificate at Sayram Lake, and since we had to queue and take a number, we wanted to find a nearby hotel. We discovered this lakeside hotel, which is part of the Marriott group. We booked a standard room, and when we checked in at the front desk, we were told it was on the first floor. I was a bit disappointed, thinking we wouldn't have a lake view. However, the front desk attendant, Jocelyn, kindly upgraded us to a lake view room for free. She was also very thoughtful and helped us carry our luggage to the room, asking along the way if we needed any help. When she learned our standard room didn't include breakfast, she even offered us complimentary breakfast. We are truly, truly grateful! The breakfast spread was extensive and suited my Hubei palate well: porridge, steamed buns, fried rice, beef noodles, and fresh fruit – everything you could wish for. While eating breakfast, we could enjoy the beautiful lakeside scenery, with the shimmering reflections on Sayram Lake looking like countless stars dancing in the water. Looking out the window at the distant snow-capped mountains was invigorating and filled us with a longing for boundless freedom. In the evening, when we were about to go out for dinner and didn't know where to find good food nearby, a gentleman who seemed to be the lobby manager noticed our dilemma and proactively came to ask if he could help. After hearing our thoughts, he enthusiastically recommended some highly-rated and delicious restaurants. We followed his recommendations and tried one (Lamjing, right across from the hotel), and the food was indeed fantastic and very much to my Hubei taste. We are incredibly thankful to the hotel staff, especially the wonderful Miss Jocelyn, who showed us such meticulous care and attention throughout our trip. They made our marriage certificate journey truly unforgettable! Sayram Lake! We'll be back next time! And we'll definitely stay at AC Hotel again!!! Highly recommend!!

The room was clean and spotless, the bedding was white and comfortable, the bathroom was dry and wet, and there was no smell at all. The facilities are very new and complete, with intelligent guest control, full house floor heating, and small refrigerators. The breakfast is rich in variety, hot dishes, pasta, and fruits are fresh, and the food is super satisfying. It's right to come to Bole to live here!

Surprise 1: Here at the high point of Saihu, you can watch the sunrise when you get up, and you can also watch the entire Saihu. For adults, this view is absolutely amazing.
Surprise 2: The boss is a family of three, the son is a handsome guy in Kazakh, is the best Mandarin at home, communication with customers is him, communication is completely barrier-free, the family is particularly simple and enthusiastic, ask everything is to get it will try to satisfy.
Surprise 3: They raised a group of cattle in their family, and other families on the mountain behind them raised a group of sheep. There are 2 sheep dogs and a few horses in the family. This is really a picture that children like. Play with dogs, talk to lambs, ride horses and ride horses all the time... There is also the difference between sheep dung and cow dung. Because it's visible everywhere, it's natural.
Surprise 4: For dinner, I ordered mutton skewers, clear lamb chops, hand-caught rice, two big and one small actually did not finish, the weight was very large, and the taste was very good. The clear mutton soup has no stew at all (it is best to order it in advance, because the clear mutton soup will take about 2 hours)
Of course, since you choose a boudoir, you must be prepared in your heart. If you can accept the following content, you can choose: 1) There is no separate toilet, there is a dry toilet, and you can't take a bath. 2) The room is a heater, you have to add carbon at night, otherwise you will not stick to the next morning. 3) Clean and tidy standards should be benchmarked against similar boudoirs rather than five-star hotels.
Overall, if I come here next time, I will still choose this boudoir.

It's a bit different from your typical chain hotel in terms of facilities, but it definitely has its own charm. We stayed in room A103, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to give us the best room available that day. That kind of service really makes a difference and adds a lot to the overall experience. They have charging stations for electric vehicles, which is super convenient. From our room, we had floor-to-ceiling windows with a fantastic view of Sayram Lake. Breakfast was delivered right to our room, so we got to enjoy it while watching the sunrise – a moment and a view I'll cherish forever. Even in early April, the room was warm thanks to the air conditioning.

BBoru0426This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, and it was quite an interesting experience! Great value for money. Once the door was closed, it was incredibly quiet and private. It's close to the old east gate of Sailimu Lake, just a few hundred meters walk. However, it's about 2 kilometers from the new visitor center, so if you're taking the scenic bus, you'll need to consider walking that 2 kilometers to the hotel. The old east gate opens after 10 AM, so catching the sunrise from there might be a bit tricky.
