The front desk and Trip.com concierge were warm and thoughtful, proactively helping with our luggage. The complimentary fruit platter was of high quality. Both the first and second floors of the LOFT were equipped with toilets, which was convenient for guests staying on the second floor. The room facilities were complete, and there was a balcony on the first floor where we could enjoy the sunset. The room initially only came with two towels and two bath towels. Although we called the front desk and had two more sets delivered later, it would be better for a quadruple room to be fully equipped from the start.

Nice hotel, clean, great breakfast, many varieties of breakfast, good service, intimate front desk, clean and tidy room, new decoration, big bed room, actually given the parent-child room, also with a small bed.

The room is good value for money this season, it is recommended to stay, the room is clean and tidy, the mattress pillows are very comfortable, the location is not big, the location is not bad, there are breakfast and shops at the door, the parking lot is large and free parking

This is the guesthouse I booked when I went to Sayram Lake with my parents. The environment exceeded my expectations, and my parents were very satisfied. The location was easy to find, parking was convenient, and there were guesthouses all around. I was also quite lucky; we even caught a party event in the square next door, with thousands of people having a bonfire and dancing – it was so much fun! We booked a triple room, with each person having their own bed, and the beds were very comfortable. The owner and the receptionist were very friendly and even helped with our luggage – thumbs up! 👍 After comparing several places, I think this one was great value for money! Unfortunately, we got back too late yesterday and just video chatted with my friends, so I didn't take any pictures.

I booked a pet-friendly hotel on Ctrip for my ski trip to Sayram. It's located in the heart of the town's main street, right across from a car charging station, and there's a convenience store and a convenience store downstairs – super convenient! It wasn't crowded during the off-season, so the price was very attractive, and it even included breakfast for two. They upgraded my room for free, and the decor and cleanliness were top-notch. The owners, all from Chongqing and Sichuan, were very welcoming. The grilled sausages for breakfast were delicious, and you can even bring your dog – they were all full! The best part was meeting the owners while I was taking photos at the ski resort during the day. Sayram Lake is definitely worth visiting in winter, especially for skiers. I highly recommend this hotel/guesthouse.

The hotel facilities are great, and the breakfast is good too. They even offer complimentary fruits and drinks, which is fantastic! I was told check-in was at 2 PM, but I couldn't actually check in at that time because they said the room wasn't cleaned yet, which caused a bit of a delay. However, they did allow me to store my luggage. The hotel is right next to a construction site, and while the noise isn't too bad, the view is really disappointing, honestly. After other guests checked out, they just handed out room cards without verifying any information, simply by asking for the room number. This led to someone else opening my room door and then rudely entering and rummaging through my belongings! Although the front desk later apologized, for a 5-star hotel, their staff training is really subpar and shows a complete disregard for customer privacy! The service staff were all polite, but I just feel like the hotel management is unprofessional. I hope the hotel improves in the future!

I was traveling with my parents, and I specifically asked for a quiet room. However, we were placed next to a room where people played mahjong all night, and my elderly parents barely got any sleep. I thought the room was 40 square meters, but it turned out to be 40 square meters spread across two floors (a duplex), and the owner told me it was 'usable area,' not 'room area.' This is the first time I've ever heard of a hotel listing 'usable area' – I'm speechless! On the positive side, the staff's attitude was quite good, and the hotel is very close to the scenic area with lots of snacks nearby. We checked out a bit late after exploring, and they even extended our checkout time for free, which was nice. It's also very close to Sayram Lake, making it super convenient for watching the sunrise.

If you can stand the dry toilets in the countryside, come here! I actually lived in the summer pasture of Kazakh herdsmen! The experience is super great! Sunset, starry sky, sunrise, herds of cattle and sheep, enthusiastic puppies. There are so many kinds of sheep calls. Marmots running all over the hillside in the early morning. Before going up the mountain, I washed up at the Dianjiangtai parking lot. I also brought some tap water in a bottle and some wet wipes, so I could clean myself. I just washed it briefly at night. The yurt had a stove, it was not cold, and I also boiled hot water. The landlord gave me small peaches and apricots, sweet! The key is to see the sheep herding up close and ride a horse, happy and happy! There is electricity available at night.

The hotel is fantastic, and the location is superb, very easy to find, close to the entrance of Sayram Lake. The staff are very welcoming, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and it's incredibly quiet at night. You can even catch the sunrise if you wake up early! The breakfast is plentiful. Highly recommended!!!

The hotel is located in the commercial street of Saihu Scenic Area. It is a bustling area. It is very convenient for dining and shopping (the prices around the scenic area are too high and the price is very poor), not far from Saihu Scenic Area. Hotel facilities are relatively new, facilities are relatively complete, the overall service is not bad, but there is no elevator, even the second floor room, it will be a bit difficult for families with large luggage.
