This guesthouse is amazing, both in terms of facilities and service! It has a lovely big garden, perfect for relaxing. The room was cozy and comfortable, with charming local decor, and the bed was incredibly comfy. The breakfast milk was exceptionally good; I even asked the kitchen staff to bottle some for me to chill in the fridge and drink later. The road outside is currently being repaved with pedestrian tiles, but it's still accessible. What truly stood out was every single staff member. From the free airport pickup, recommendations for local food and shopping, welcome snacks, and late check-out, to the parting gift and always greeting us with a smile and fulfilling every request – I was completely satisfied. All in all, I'd definitely love to stay here again.

We stayed twice at this wonderful, relaxing amd very clean boutique bed and breakfast. Both my kids loved the place. The advantages of Ser Villa are in the amazing service, convenient location in Kizanqi town quite close to many popular areas, and wonderful atmosphere. We specifically requested a smaller space - our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 8 year old and 12 year old) were quite comfortable with three large mattresses on a raised dais - although we were offered an upgrade, we preferred a smaller space. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the homey feel of the small courtyard where you can take in a leisurely breakfast. Boss Momo was an incredibly helpful and generous resource despite language barriers. The laundry service was so necessary for us and my children loved getting the 1 RMB icecream/popsicles. Of the many places we stayed, Ser Villa was one of the most memorable and relaxed. Momo was so accomodating to our needs - medicine refrigeration, helping us order food and transport and having lived in the GCC the shataaf in the bathroom was a welcome surprise. My daughter and son said it was a TEN and they are not easy to please.

The indescribable beauty can be said to be the most beautiful yard in Kazan. No matter from the health or the environment, the children are too cute, let alone send the local breakfast, the experience is full, the back is too big, will definitely go again, next time I go to live for a few more days. Hope more people see it, wrap it up!

The environment is excellent, and the room is very spacious with great service. A special shout-out to Cassie at the front desk. I had a fall on the way and scraped my hand, but I didn't have any band-aids with me. Cassie brought over her own, which was incredibly thoughtful. Xinjiang is a beautiful place—stunning scenery, wonderful stories, and even more beautiful people!

The most perfect hotel for this trip. Because I like to feel the ethnic characteristics, I fell in love with this hotel at first sight. I was a little nervous when booking. From the moment I entered the door, I knew it would be worth the trip. I highly recommend it. The whole building is like a work of art. As soon as you enter the lobby, you will see pure wool carpets and hand-carved wood. The public area alone is dazzling. The room layout is also very meticulous. The hand-carved big bed is very exquisite, the mattress is super comfortable, and all kinds of furniture and soft furnishings are very attentive. I like to pay attention to the details of the hotel, so the washing and care of Aqua de Parma hits my heart, even the razor is Gillette. The housekeeper is also very considerate, the service is considerate and thoughtful, and the breakfast is also very good. Although there are only four of us in the off-season, the breakfast preparation is also very rich, and the hand-cut beef is great. Every place in the hotel is suitable for taking pictures and checking in. It’s a pity that I didn’t bring my baby this time. I will definitely bring my baby to check in next time. The texture of oil painting is too good. I also gave a souvenir before leaving, and once again felt the hospitality of Xinjiang. In short, it is recommended!

I stayed in the intercontinental for one night and I wish I had more time here. The hotel is new and decorated in a sleek yet exotic fashion. The room is very spacious, with a comfy king sized bed and choices for pillows. Amenities wise, the room is equipped with the usual Blanche line of personal care products (however the hair brush is still quite rubbish...). The view from the room is superb, overlooking the yili river and the small apple lake with the mountains in the background. The executive lounge is dainty and the cocktail hours buffet was delicious (though doesn't have a huge alcoholic choices like some other executive lounges). Sitting in the lounge and watching the sunset over the river was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is a bit remote but it is perfect for someone wants to wander around the yili river park and/or do a nice long and peaceful run/bike ride. Gym is small but meets the basic needs (has dumbbells, cross trainer and treadmill but no bar bells or rack). The swimming pool looks fancy and big, makes it ideal for leisure and training. Lastly, and most importantly, for my stay I truly appreciated the hard working staff here. They have made my already wonderful stay perfect. A big shout out to the concierge team, especially 来存智 Leonard, the concierge supervisor, they have gone out of their way to help me. I wanted to visit some ethnic group bar at mid night and given the distances and lack of taxis, Leonard, together with his team, helped me get to the right place and Leonard personally drove me back from the bar at 3am. I was able to have a great night thanks to him. Upon checking out, I was also given a nice souvenir to mark a perfect stay (unfortunately I left it on the taxi due to rushing!!! To whoever is the next lucky passenger to pick it up: I am jealous!).

The room was spacious, the bedding was excellent, and I slept very comfortably. It had a strong ethnic feel. The room was very soundproof and clean; sitting in the courtyard in the evening was very pleasant. The owner was incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent and plentiful. They even helped cut the watermelon, and the cocktails they made were delicious and beautiful – so talented! It's also very close to Liuxing Street, with many great restaurants nearby; the location is fantastic. When I asked the owner, they recommended well-known local restaurants, not just trendy ones, but very good and tasteful. I'll definitely stay with the owner again next time! I was extremely satisfied with my stay! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was greeted with warm and professional service from the front desk staff. The entire check-in process was efficient and thoughtful. The room design was simple yet elegant, with plenty of natural light. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bathroom facilities were modern, with ample hot water, and the amenities were also of good quality.

Yining is our favorite city overall. There are fruit trees all around the road. Apple trees, cherry trees, apricot trees, and most importantly, they are all mulberry trees. You can experience the fun of eating mulberries while walking! The owner of the B&B is really warm and welcoming. The room decoration and design are also very good. The breakfast made by the aunt in the morning is also delicious. The whole small garden is very beautiful! Also remember to ask the proprietress for tips and recommendations on local restaurants! Don’t go to the so-called internet celebrity check-in spots

It's so comfortable! I've never been to Yili before, and I never expected it to be so good. The food is great, the people are nice, and the accommodations are comfortable. It's simply my dream place. I'll definitely come back next time.
