4-Star Hotels in Yining City

The most perfect hotel for this trip. Because I like to feel the ethnic characteristics, I fell in love with this hotel at first sight. I was a little nervous when booking. From the moment I entered the door, I knew it would be worth the trip. I highly recommend it. The whole building is like a work of art. As soon as you enter the lobby, you will see pure wool carpets and hand-carved wood. The public area alone is dazzling. The room layout is also very meticulous. The hand-carved big bed is very exquisite, the mattress is super comfortable, and all kinds of furniture and soft furnishings are very attentive. I like to pay attention to the details of the hotel, so the washing and care of Aqua de Parma hits my heart, even the razor is Gillette. The housekeeper is also very considerate, the service is considerate and thoughtful, and the breakfast is also very good. Although there are only four of us in the off-season, the breakfast preparation is also very rich, and the hand-cut beef is great. Every place in the hotel is suitable for taking pictures and checking in. It’s a pity that I didn’t bring my baby this time. I will definitely bring my baby to check in next time. The texture of oil painting is too good. I also gave a souvenir before leaving, and once again felt the hospitality of Xinjiang. In short, it is recommended!

The most comfortable night's sleep I had in Xinjiang! Atour, you are truly worth it! I'd book you even at a premium, and I'll be back! I arrived quite late that evening, and my clothes, which I left in the laundry room, were hung outside my door first thing in the morning. For this service alone, I'd willingly keep staying at your hotel. No need to say more about the bedding; I even use your 'deep sleep' pillows myself! Atour, I genuinely will love you forever – absolutely five stars! Also, the sunset photographed outside the hotel was beautiful. I'll definitely be back next time I visit Xinjiang. Just one suggestion: the back entrance is a bit far; maybe next time you could have a security guard help with luggage?

On top of that, the staff were so helpful—they took the time to guide me on how to get around the city and even recommended fantastic places to eat at night. Traveling to Yili with my two daughters, I specifically chose the Hilton Garden Inn Yining, and the entire experience was absolutely perfect. The front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful during check-in, proactively offering a fresh and abundant fruit platter, which the kids absolutely loved. The room was spacious and clean, and the mini-kitchen was ideal for families traveling with children. The bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The staff were consistently kind and patient, and requests were handled promptly. Upon check-out today, we were even given local specialty apricot peel tea and lavender sachets – a lovely touch of Xinjiang hospitality. It's rare to encounter such genuinely attentive service while traveling; our whole family was extremely satisfied. For families visiting Yining, I highly recommend this hotel.

I frequently travel throughout Xinjiang for business, and this is the best value hotel I've ever booked. The room was clean and tidy, with complete and smart facilities. There are three elevators, making it very convenient to go up and down. The room was well soundproofed, and the mattress was very comfortable; I fell asleep as soon as I lay down. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yining.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Global Harbor. There's a large supermarket just to the left of the hotel entrance, making shopping very convenient. It's about a 10-minute walk to Liuxing Street, with many good restaurants along the way. The lobby staff were very welcoming, and the room facilities were generally good. However, perhaps due to the May Day holiday and a higher number of guests, the cleanliness was not ideal. When I entered the room to check in, I found the bathroom faucet to be dirty and there was uncleaned hair on the floor. I checked the sheets and duvet covers, and they were clean. The bed was quite comfortable to sleep in.

We were traveling as two couples to Yining City; This hotel was an absolute treasure among every other place. Tbh everything was really beyond our expectations: 1. The location - it is just in the city center with shops, restaurants, bars and etc (it’s also at the front line near to the road, so pretty easy to get a DIDI) 2. Room and amenities were great - we picked the garden view room with two double beds and it was amazing, as the interior was both comfy and looked great 3. Service - not sure if there is any other place that provides prompt and attentive service in English 4. We have received many presents from staff and they even let us bring our own alcohol to sit in the garden at the evening due to my birthday celebration Overall we are very satisfied and want to say big thanks to our new friend Teng Caize for being extremely welcoming and helpful. Much love for this place.

Traveling solo, I stayed for three nights and found the place to be quite clean. It's not far from Six-Star Street, which is a convenient walk. For Kazanqi, you'll need a taxi, and Sayram Lake is about 150km away by car. The front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly. A big thanks to them for helping me send a package (I couldn't fit it all in my luggage for the flight). P.S. There's a minced meat noodles shop near the hotel that is absolutely delicious, haha~

The environment here is super nice! The owners are also lovely people. The male owner even helped me with my luggage 💼. The room was clean and warm. I originally planned to stay here again after coming back from Kuldun, but unfortunately, it was fully booked! Will have to wait until next time!

My wife couldn't connect to the room. There was no disposable bag in the bathtub. It was said to be sterilized, but I still felt a little uncomfortable so I didn't take a bath. I hope there is a disposable bag to put on it to make it easier to use. It was not easy to get into the water, so I had to wait for a long time before getting out of the water.
