I've stayed in hostels all over the world, and this one honestly ranks among the top, a real 'white moonlight' experience (meaning it's exceptional and unforgettable). There's also my favorite reading area, perfect for practicing calligraphy, finding peace, or simply reading. It's a quiet space for focused contemplation, also great for introverted friends. From the bedding in the room to the service, and even the airport drop-off service – a business van with a really nice driver who helped with luggage – the car was great, a new business model, just needed to book at the front desk. Breakfast was also good, fresh and with good service. All in all, my stay at Atour in Yining was very pleasant, overall excellent, so I'm giving it five stars this time...!"

"The moment I arrived in the courtyard with my luggage, a lady offered me freshly washed mulberries! The front desk staff even helped me with my bags. There are several mulberry trees in the courtyard, with purple, pink, and white mulberries, and the pink ones are the sweetest! The owner is always busy; sweeping and hosing down the courtyard in the mornings (because so many mulberries fall), and making mulberry jam in the afternoons. They are incredibly accommodating! When one of the ladies wanted to play guitar, they immediately took us to borrow one."

"This was a wonderfully pleasant stay! After visiting Sayram Lake and arriving in Yining, I immediately spotted this newly opened hotel. The decor was grand and stylish, with a great design, and the facilities were new, smart, and fully equipped. The experience was fantastic! The receptionists and the owner were incredibly welcoming, helping us check in and even giving us a fruit platter. The security guard was also very friendly, proactively helping with our luggage. It truly made me feel the warmth and hospitality of Xinjiang! The breakfast was also very plentiful, and importantly, there were no pre-made dishes – everything was handmade and fresh. The owner was even eating while we were, which speaks volumes about the cleanliness! The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Ili River Scenic Area, so you can check in right after your visit. There's also a night market nearby with a wide variety of food! For this price, I highly recommend it!"

The most perfect hotel for this trip. Because I like to feel the ethnic characteristics, I fell in love with this hotel at first sight. I was a little nervous when booking. From the moment I entered the door, I knew it would be worth the trip. I highly recommend it. The whole building is like a work of art. As soon as you enter the lobby, you will see pure wool carpets and hand-carved wood. The public area alone is dazzling. The room layout is also very meticulous. The hand-carved big bed is very exquisite, the mattress is super comfortable, and all kinds of furniture and soft furnishings are very attentive. I like to pay attention to the details of the hotel, so the washing and care of Aqua de Parma hits my heart, even the razor is Gillette. The housekeeper is also very considerate, the service is considerate and thoughtful, and the breakfast is also very good. Although there are only four of us in the off-season, the breakfast preparation is also very rich, and the hand-cut beef is great. Every place in the hotel is suitable for taking pictures and checking in. It’s a pity that I didn’t bring my baby this time. I will definitely bring my baby to check in next time. The indescribable beauty can be said to be the most beautiful yard in Kazan. No matter from the health or the environment, the children are too cute, let alone send the local breakfast, the experience is full, the back is too big, will definitely go again, next time I go to live for a few more days. I stayed in the intercontinental for one night and I wish I had more time here. The hotel is new and decorated in a sleek yet exotic fashion. The room is very spacious, with a comfy king sized bed and choices for pillows. Amenities wise, the room is equipped with the usual Blanche line of personal care products (however the hair brush is still quite rubbish...). The view from the room is superb, overlooking the yili river and the small apple lake with the mountains in the background. The executive lounge is dainty and the cocktail hours buffet was delicious (though doesn't have a huge alcoholic choices like some other executive lounges). Sitting in the lounge and watching the sunset over the river was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is a bit remote but it is perfect for someone wants to wander around the yili river park and/or do a nice long and peaceful run/bike ride. Gym is small but meets the basic needs (has dumbbells, cross trainer and treadmill but no bar bells or rack). The swimming pool looks fancy and big, makes it ideal for leisure and training. Lastly, and most importantly, for my stay I truly appreciated the hard working staff here. They have made my already wonderful stay perfect. A big shout out to the concierge team, especially 来存智 Leonard, the concierge supervisor, they have gone out of their way to help me. I wanted to visit some ethnic group bar at mid night and given the distances and lack of taxis, Leonard, together with his team, helped me get to the right place and Leonard personally drove me back from the bar at 3am. I was able to have a great night thanks to him. Upon checking out, I was also given a nice souvenir to mark a perfect stay (unfortunately I left it on the taxi due to rushing!!! To whoever is the next lucky passenger to pick it up: I am jealous!).

This stay far exceeded my expectations! From the warm welcome upon arrival to the thoughtful farewell at check-out, the service was incredibly attentive. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to get a rare good night's sleep. The location is superb, with lovely views from the window. The breakfast was varied and delicious, making for a perfect stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city, and I highly recommend it to all my friends!

It was my second time staying here, the place is beautiful and I met so many nice girls who I ended up hanging out with while I was in Yining. The Kazanqi area around the hostel is lovely, walking distance from great restaurants and shops. I was able to put things I the fridge and freezer and use the kitchen at the hostel. The courtyard and balcony are such nice places to sit and do work or eat there was also a puppy which was so cute!! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with cute decor and the toilet/shower room in the room is modern and clean. I definitely recommend!

This guesthouse is a hidden gem in Liuxing Street! The location is fantastic, very close to the Liuxing Street parking lot. The decor has a beautiful Kazakh style, and the owner mentioned that all the exterior woodwork is solid wood, which looks great. Our room had warm and cozy carpets, and since our whole family loves Bohemian style, we really enjoyed it. The owner is super nice and takes great care of the guesthouse; even the room names are taken from poetry. Upon arrival, you can contact the housekeeper who will pick you up and help with your luggage. Breakfast is right next door and features delicious Xinjiang specialties. Highly recommend coming to experience it!

We stayed twice at this wonderful, relaxing amd very clean boutique bed and breakfast. Both my kids loved the place. The advantages of Ser Villa are in the amazing service, convenient location in Kizanqi town quite close to many popular areas, and wonderful atmosphere. We specifically requested a smaller space - our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 8 year old and 12 year old) were quite comfortable with three large mattresses on a raised dais - although we were offered an upgrade, we preferred a smaller space. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the homey feel of the small courtyard where you can take in a leisurely breakfast. Boss Momo was an incredibly helpful and generous resource despite language barriers. The laundry service was so necessary for us and my children loved getting the 1 RMB icecream/popsicles. Of the many places we stayed, Ser Villa was one of the most memorable and relaxed. Momo was so accomodating to our needs - medicine refrigeration, helping us order food and transport and having lived in the GCC the shataaf in the bathroom was a welcome surprise. My daughter and son said it was a TEN and they are not easy to please.

The hygiene is excellent, and the owner is very warm and friendly. This is my second time visiting Yining, and the people here are genuinely wonderful. The hotel has a washing machine for laundry, and the staff even provided laundry detergent and hangers. The location is easy to find, right at the intersection of the main road in Liuxing Street.

Facilities: A new homestay opened only last year. The rooms are equipped with air conditioners, humidifiers, etc., and everything is complete. Hygiene: The cleaning and breakfast are done by the mother of the homestay owner. They are very clean. It is not the peak season yet, and they have just started business. In the past two days, I saw the aunt busy cleaning up in every room. Environment: The landlord himself is a garden designer. The overall style of the house is very strong in the style of folk houses. You can feel a great feeling when you enter the gate of the yard. Service: Breakfast is made every day, and you eat in the yard when you get up. The aunt and the owner of the homestay are also very easy-going. National costume experience (no shooting): There are many clothes, and the skirt of Adles is very beautiful. 🈶 The matching belt, accessories, headdress, and equipment are good for filming. Surroundings: The surroundings are all ethnic minorities. In the Kazanqi scenic area, you don’t need to check in at the north gate. There are all beautiful and sparsely populated characteristic houses here. There are also fruit shops, naan shops, etc. in front of the door. Walking in the alley feels like a stranger. It’s a wonderful experience. A large portion of mutton dumplings costs 14 yuan, and a cup of freshly squeezed mango juice costs 6 yuan.
