"The service was excellent! Proactive and attentive. The shower water pressure was strong. The parking lot security guard deserves praise. The local snacks, like rice crackers, provided by the front desk were delicious! There was even a washing machine in the room! A foot bath, hot water bottle, and foot bath bags were also provided. The facilities are basic due to the building's original design. However, the warm and attentive service greatly enhanced the experience. Since it's a single-pane window, noise control is only so-so; those with sleep difficulties should probably avoid it."

"Right at the entrance, there's parking available with a very reliable security guard directing traffic; they seem to be constantly monitoring outside. When we arrived, there was a queue, and we almost drove off, but thankfully we asked and they found us a parking spot. The staff, both front desk and housekeeping, were all very welcoming. They gave us some snacks, and even a small gift when we checked out. Six Star Street is just across the road, a few minutes' walk from the crosswalk at the intersection, definitely less than 10 minutes. There's a Hunan restaurant right next to the hotel lobby, with great food and good portions. If you head left out of the hotel and then left again, there's another Hunan restaurant called 'Shanjin' which is also delicious – you could easily eat several bowls of rice there!"

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their hospitality was truly outstanding. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the cozy bed, which made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. On top of that, the staff were so helpful—they took the time to guide me on how to get around the city and even recommended fantastic places to eat at night. This hotel truly exceeds 5-star standards. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!"

"Seriously, choosing Yining Kashu was an absolute gem of a guesthouse! It perfectly blends Moroccan and Western China styles, with archways and vintage soft furnishings creating a fantastic ambiance. The room was spacious and tidy, with lush greenery visible right outside the window. The hallway is incredibly picturesque, leading to a large courtyard where a newlywed couple was having their photos taken that day. The staff were attentive and thoughtful, always responding promptly. Their homemade 'dapanji' (big plate chicken) was surprisingly delicious. It's about a 20-minute taxi ride to Liuxing Street, and being away from the bustling city, it's wonderfully quiet. I highly recommend staying here; next time I'm in Yining, I'll definitely choose this place again."

"I had an amazing stay at this place! The room was clean, spacious and had everything one may need. The location seems to be quite good as well - it is close to the street with evening activities and at the same time in a quiet place. I was able to find open restaurants after midnight within a 5 minute walk. Xinbao, the person who works there (I assume he is the owner), was incredibly helpful and showed me where I could have breakfast and catch a taxi to the airport. He was also very patient when communicating through a transition app."

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Six Star Street and major shopping centers, yet it's surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area, offering a truly cozy atmosphere. The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable, ensuring a sound night's sleep. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, patiently answering all our questions and proactively offering lots of practical help. Overall, our stay was fantastic. We wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel again on our next visit and highly recommend it!"
