KKhusan Khusanoveverything has been great but there are flaws. only drinking water is free in the hotel lobby. Free pizzas, hamburgers and lavash snacks should be provided for children. Because in the boulevard outside the other hotel, besides water, food and ice cream were also free.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay overall. The hotel itself was great, everything was well maintained, we had in total 4 rooms and the kids had an amazing time throughout the week. The atmosphere and facilities really made it an enjoyable holiday for us. The only aspect that fell short was the food. Having stayed at several 5-star all-inclusive hotels before, we were expecting a higher standard and more variety. Unfortunately, the buffet felt quite repetitive over the week. We especially missed the traditional Turkish charcoal-grilled dishes such as Adana kebab, Urfa, lamb shish, and chicken shish, as well as items like içli köfte, which would have really elevated the dining experience. This feedback is shared with the intention of helping improve what is otherwise a fantastic hotel. We truly loved our stay and would happily return if the food offering was enhanced.

GGuest UserCrystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

MMikhail IumashevI stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again.

GGuest UserStrengths of the Hotel Staff: The main reason I’m giving this hotel a high rating is the staff. Almost everyone is dedicated to their work and strives for guest satisfaction. Ms. Hamide, who was in charge of our floor, kept our room and the floor consistently clean. I’d like to thank Ms. Saadet, Mr. Ferhat, Mr. Hasan, Ms. Anna, the guest relations team, and all the staff whose names I don’t know. Drinks: There are premium drink options, especially at the lobby bar and She&He Bar. However, sometimes more mid-range products might be served if you don't specifically request otherwise. Premium options are more limited at the Signature Bar, and mid-range products are available at the Beach Bar. The cocktail variety is quite good. This hotel is a good choice for drink quality. Sea: The sea is beautiful and enjoyable. À La Carte Restaurants: We found the taste and variety to be satisfactory. Guest Relations: When we reported an issue to the Guest Relations Manager, Ms. Şerife, she genuinely showed concern and sincerely expressed her regret. This approach was important to us. Entertainment: Daytime activities mainly take place around the pool. There are volleyball and dart activities on the beach. Different shows are organized every evening. We enjoyed the evening events and especially the effort put into them. Starbucks: Having a Starbucks in the adult section is a nice touch. ⸻ Areas for Improvement Food: Although our holiday philosophy isn't constantly food-focused, our expectations were higher due to previous reviews. Red meat variety in the main restaurant was limited; mostly white meat, meatballs, and sometimes stir-fry style meat were offered. The taste was generally average. Due to the holiday crowd, the grill section struggled to keep up with demand. Additionally, some guests taking more food than they needed also contributed to the congestion. For a hotel in this segment, I would expect more red meat options and daily concept variations. The desserts were neither very good nor very bad; they were at the standard of an average hotel and sufficient to meet needs. Breakfast variety was good, but there was a significant queue at the toast section. Inefficient use of the machines extended waiting times. Having a dedicated staff member here, as in the omelet section, could speed up the process. She&He Restaurant: Service speed was insufficient. We waited about 45 minutes for a breaded chicken order. Shuttle Service: The hotel is approximately 3 km from the sea. Shuttles run every half hour. During peak hours, increasing the frequency of services or using additional vehicles could be beneficial. Queues: At the Signature Bar, located in the area where evening events are held, you might have to wait 10-15 minutes for drinks. Although the staff works diligently, the bar's capacity isn't enough for the crowds. Similar congestion is sometimes experienced at the lobby bar. Towels: There can sometimes be unpleasant surprises with sun lounger towels, which are cleaned by an external service. Therefore, I recommend bringing your own towel. Overall Assessment: The hotel management and staff put in significant effort for guest satisfaction. However, due to the holiday rush and the physical structure of the facility, some services are at their capacity limit. Both adult and family concepts have been attempted simultaneously. Some services fall into the Belek segment, while others are in the Alanya segment, and there isn't a clear specialization or sense of coherence. The guest profile is also mixed.

GGuest UserI wanted to express my gratitude for the fantastic experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. As a solo business traveler, everything was perfect for my conference. The room was cozy and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. I also enjoyed the balcony with a stunning sea view. The desk in my room allowed me to work efficiently while traveling. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to visit again in the summer for a perfect holiday spot. Best regards,

GGuest UserThis is a very cost-effective hotel, and is worth recommending to middle-class families. The swimming pool, slide, children's games, restaurant, and beach are all impeccable. My child thinks it is the best place she has ever played abroad, better than Bali, Indonesia. There are also shortcomings. Some people at the front desk are not proactive in service. For example, the front desk on duty in the afternoon of July 12 did not explain how to use the wifi, but this is just a few cases. The overall service of the hotel is satisfactory.

GGuest UserI like the hotel, it was my second time on holiday with my children. The service is up to par. The food is delicious. There are no slides in the pool for children, although they used to be there. But there is unlimited access to the amusement park. It's a pity that it was possible to book a room through the app only for three adults and I had to pay extra for the children on site. Overall, the holiday was a success, thanks to the staff!

GGuest UserI met perfectly, on the recession, the Russian-speaking Sergey told everything, explained. The room is small because there is another one-sleep room in addition to a two-bedroom bed. No TV or refrigerator worked. The tea was both coffee and tea and sugar filled. Cleaned well, it was visible on the balcony and the sleek. In the room, the insulated carpet and slippers and coats are not provided. The safe is 3 euro day, we didn't take. Towel 1 euro day for rent, too. Since the beginning of May the Swedish table was absent. But hungry never left. What gave, then eat. Not comfortable and much was just thrown out because we didn't eat it. Tea and coffee machine and a heavily diluted lemonade in free access from morning to 22:00. Also from 17 to 18 snack-cookies. The sea is close in five minutes, calm without waves, swim. The pool on the territory with a mountain is very small and cold. In general, for such money is not a bad turbine on the sea. The tourists were few. But this village is to go somewhere to have fun, next to the bus stop. They went to Belek and Legend Park, I liked it very much.
