"I want to share my impressions of our magical vacation at the Xanadu Resort Hotel in Belek. We have a lot to compare it to (we've traveled extensively), and I can confidently say: this was truly a heavenly, top-tier vacation. Everything was wonderful — from check-in to check-out. I'd especially like to highlight: it was spotlessly clean everywhere, the grounds are huge, green, and meticulously maintained. Thanks to this, it never felt crowded — you could always find a secluded spot for a peaceful rest. The food was a separate delight. Everything was very exquisite, the ingredients were high-quality and fresh, and there was a huge selection of dishes — from confectionery masterpieces to hot meals. The assortment was so wide that we couldn't even try 10% of it during our entire stay. In every corner of the hotel, you could feel the staff's care. Everyone was smiling, friendly, and ready to help. Special thanks to the front desk staff (unfortunately, I didn't catch their names, but they were very warm and professional people) — they welcomed us warmly and promptly resolved all our check-in issues. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a refined, comfortable, and flawless vacation. We will definitely be back with the whole family, all of us!"

"This hotel offered excellent value for money. We came as two families, and first off, the rooms and common areas were spotless. The kids had a great time at the pool and on the beach. It was a nice touch that they had their own dedicated area on the beach. Although the food selection wasn't huge, the quality met our expectations. The staff were all very warm and attentive. Ali and Efe, who worked at the pool bar, were always helpful with our drinks and requests, and always had a smile on their faces. Armatör Fatih Bey also helped make our holiday more enjoyable. It's a very safe place, we felt comfortable letting our children roam freely. It was a great experience, I highly recommend it."

"Добрый день! Только что вернулись из данного отеля. Перед поездкой читала много отзывов о Green Max и, честно говоря, ожидала худшего. Номера - да, требуют обновления ( особенно ванная комната+ маловато света в комнате и ванной, недостаточно розеток), но всё не совсем критично, если для вас это не главное. В комнете, тем не менее, чисто, тихо ( жили в корпусе Zeus), убирали каждый бень, минибар пополнялся. Еда не скажу, что очень уж разнообразная, но и не скудная, блюда по вкусу найти всегда можно и голодными уж точно не останетесь. Тем более, что в отеле много точек питания в течение всего дня. Алкогольные напитки среднего качества: пробовали красное, белое, розовое вино, мартини, пиво - нормально, а вот шампанское не понравилось. Персонал очень понравился - все вежливые, приветливые, очень много трудятся, всё чётко организовано, так что менеджменту отеля - 5 баллов. Территория отеля очень зелёная, красивая, цветущая, за ней постоянно ухаживают. Всё грамотно распланировано -молодцы. Анимация активная ( и днём, и вечером), молодёжи скучно не будет. Много всего для детей ( отдельная зона бассейна, водные горки, мини клуб, небольшая детская площадка). Море - главное, за чем мы ехали и что в этом отеле великолепно, особенно в первой половине дня, когда нет волн. А вот организация лежаков на пляже не понравилась - стоят очень плотно друг к другу, никакой приватности, приходилось занимать возле бассейна, там гораздо больше возможности для уединения, хотя часто слишком громко гремела музыка. В итоге отдых понравился, считаю, что цена/ качество очень хорошие. Отель советую, если с самого начала иметь адекватные ожидания."

"Very beautiful green area, many Instagram locations, even a turtle was seen on the lawn. I wouldn't say the service was great. In a restaurant, you can wait half an hour for the waiter to come and offer you drinks. But the food is really tasty and everything is varied. The rooms are very simple, in rather strange colors, there is no master light, each light bulb had to be turned off with a separate switch, which are located throughout the room. Very strong audibility, we had a connection room, the door was locked, but you could even hear them breathing in the next room. The concept includes only local alcohol, so you can forget about basic Aperol or Baileys; 80 percent of the people staying at the hotel are Europeans, almost everyone just drinks beer. On the plus side, there is a great animation team and a lot of sports. For example, you could ride a banana boat, rent a kayak or stand-up paddle board for free. Or take a tennis class. Overall, it’s a great vacation; the main thing is to be prepared for some nuances."

"Третий раз в отеле. Многое нравится. Большие номера, на пляже и у бассейнов нет проблем с местами в какое бы время не пришли.  В ресторане так де всегда есть столы и в помещении и на улице. Зеленая красивая территория. Правильное зонирование- нигде нет толп.  Прекрасное кафе-кондитерская. Из минусов: плохая уборка и стало плохо с питанием. Не сравнить с предыдущими годами. И ассортимент существенно сокращен и стали многое готовить невкусно. То недопекут, то пережарят или пересушат.   Голодным точно не будешь, но как-то не душевно."

"Room service was subpar, and the cleaning wasn't thorough. My bedding wasn't changed daily, and slippers weren't provided. Also, some toiletries were missing. The food selection was vast and varied, but honestly, it wasn't very tasty. On my last day, I actually got food poisoning, and I only ate and drank at the hotel. For the price and a 5-star rating, this hotel definitely doesn't deliver."

"We were in this hotel two years ago and this year we went again without thinking. The territory is huge, well-thought-out, clean. Pine trees and a walk with classical music are just Wow!!! Probably the only thing that made me happy this year. Since the hotel is working the last week before closing, everyone was apparently working on their last breath.. they put us in palace rooms in the main building, a normal room, with a sea view. The service has gone down a bit. The food is kind of monotonous, but tasty. It's like they water down the alcohol or something. They didn't pour what we asked for. Or they pretended not to understand what we were asking for. The beach is dirty, there is everything in the sand. The beach strip is wide and the entrance is shallow. The service in the beach bars was already reluctant. The light on the ceiling in the bathroom didn't work, no one came in 2 days and didn't fix it, the maid didn't give a damn, she didn't change the towels even once in 2 days, she saw about the light and didn't raise the alarm either. It's a shame that the staff treats us like that... this is what the hotel service consists of, for which we pay money, mind you! At the reception they said that the hotel was bought by a new owner and might change its name next year..."

"Hotel liked. Clean warm pool, delicious breakfasts. You can drink coffee throughout the day because there is a coffee machine. Very kind attitude of hotel staff to guests. There is a transfer possibility to the airport. For the city to move around the city, the bus is not far from stop."

"Our hearts are truly captured! This is a wonderful hotel, nestled among lush orange trees. The owners are such kind-hearted people; they even let us pick fresh oranges for juice every morning. It was a magical stay! The apartment was impeccably clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly everywhere, and it was fully equipped with everything we needed – from dishes to fresh towels and linens. It felt like visiting good friends. We will definitely be back!"

"Заселили в первый блок около дороги, поэтому шумно. Вай фай в номере, приятно, посмотрела сериал, в 460. Завтрак понравился, бассейн есть, в 10 минутах от «Земли легенд», рядом а101 продуктовый. До пляжа добирались на такси, хороший песчаный пляж и парковая Зона с детской площадкой. На одну ночь было отлично за небольшую плату. Но для более долгого пребывания предпочли бы не слышать шум дороги."
