Great location, peak 7 lift is a few steps from the lodge. Very friendly and helpful staff! It is very close to downtown Breck so plenty of dining options.

Great ski in ski out location, grotto and sauna was amazing. Only thing negative was steam room out of service during our stay.

Really nice stay, rooms are clean and well stocked. We loved the idea of ski in/out. Unfortunately the lift right outside our doors was not operating. Not enough snow. I wish that would have been communicated prior to booking.

Got there about 8pm. Don’t count on dining options. Had to get frozen dinner out of their market to eat. No cocktails either as they had a wedding. Of course the scenery is worth it and staff friendly.

Many things to like, but some things we didn't like. Loved the hot tubs, view of mountains, parking. Didn't like that our unit had a window with cracked glass, space by bed was very tight, AC unit was in the living room section pointing towards the door and didn't sufficiently cool the bedroom area. Bed was too firm for us, but they provided a mattress topper that helped after night 1 which was much appreciated. Staff was great.

We took our two young boys up for the weekend during mud season. The resort was perfect…the pools, the activities, the room. Everyone had a great time. The staff was helpful, friendly and quick to respond with any questions. We would absolutely stay again!
