I loved this hotels location. I found the hotel close to everything and plenty of bars and life around . The check in was fast and efficient and through out our 2 night stay the staff were friendly. I found bristol people all very friendly . I slept well our room was quiet .my only complaint there was a smell of damp in the room so I kept window open

We took an extended Easter bank holiday break at the Premier Inn, King Street, Bristol. As always a great stay and room was perfect with everything we could want and need. (Premier Plus, as you have a fridge, plus other extras included). Staff were amazing and especially a big thank you to Emily for being so helpful and going beyond, whilst we stayed. Highly recommended and look forward to our next visit to Bristol and stay :-)

Don’t sleep at this branch if you want a quite nights sleep! Only for party people. The extra panel on the window does nothing to drown out conversation/bar noise. Was put in a dark end room on first floor. Noise Carried on for a Tuesday night until 2AM! Staff couldn’t relocate me until next day on the 3rd floor which helped me sleep quieter as I got placed in the middle of floor to reduce noise level.it’s only 3 floors so don’t risk your sleep if you’re put on floor 1 or 2 or and end room on floor. I get it’s around bars but why not invest in quality sound proof then. Also staff said website has a disclaimer on their site about location noise? Nonsense no warning on any booking page or before confirming payment! Will now have to wait 30days for a refund reply. Was late for my medical due to lack of sleep and feeling more ill with chronic condition because of this.

Great hotel in the centre of Bristol. Very comfy bed and the room was clean and seemed recently refurbished. Friendly reception staff and 24hrs parking is £8.95 at NCP prince street (5 min walk through queens square) if booked on YourParkingSpace app. Will definitely return next time we visit Bristol

The check in was great. Room looked perfect. Amazing location and even a great view. A fan in the bathroom was so noisy it ruined the night. If not for that it's be a 5/5 I think. Id recommend it but check the bathroom fan.

Brenda the receptionist was very friendly and super helpful. She was informative and very engaging. The room was clean and location very central to all the main areas. Nothing was too much trouble and any questions we had Brenda was able to help us with. I would recommend this premier inn.

Had an absolute nightmare trying to drive into Bristol to get to the Inn or parking nearby due to Bristol Council being incapable of sign posting diversions or managing roadworks so we arrived pretty fed up however the member of staff behind the desk managed to turn that around. We were greeted by Emily, who was generally very pleasant to talk to, we were asked how our day had been and when we joked about the absolute state of the drive through Bristol she apologised and updated us on what had been going on with the road works to the bridge and the times / dates it would be closed, as well as advising on other parking options. She continued to make polite conversation as she booked us in and overall turned around a pretty sour afternoon trip by offering to add breakfast to the room to make up for the drama caused by the closure of the bridge. The room was generally pretty good, clean, nothing extravagant but good for the price we paid and while we didn't spend long in the room during the day when we returned in the evening the beds were comfy and sleep was pretty good and blackout curtains kept the room suitably dark. In the morning we were pretty lost trying to figure out how to get to the restaurant for breakfast, once again Emily was on the desk and despite serving another customer on the phones, she must have noticed we didn't know where to go as she gestured to leave the building and go around to the main entrance to get to the breakfast. This could arguably be signposted better in the Inn itself but staff are happy to direct you. Checking out was fast and the staff, including the star of the show Emily, at the desk were generally very nice to make small talk with before we left. Overall, good room, good value for money, great service.

Not the best Premier Inn we have stayed in. Local recommended parking was very far away, we ended up renting a space via JustPark. Staff friendly but no facilities on site, no internal access to restaurant where breakfast is so have to go out and down the street, not the end of the world just inconvenient. No vending machine so no easily available snacks and drinks. Check in is now chargeable if more than 15 mins early not on a basis of pot luck if room is ready. Location was good for what we needed but surrounding bars were overpriced better value further away from this hotel. Very noisey from local bars and pubs, very prominent through the windows glazing not great so was hard to get to sleep.
