The breakfast is amazing. Staff is super friendly. They have open bar for happy hour. Is one of the best hotels in Cleveland

Good: friendliness of front desk & housekeeping staff; previous visits were overall great experiences.
Not good: lack of preparedness by management for the number of guests staying in the hotel - most notably breakfast was a nigh**are! No plates, no spoons, many food options gone (with 2+ hours still remaining in scheduled breakfast hours), 55 minute wait for omlet station. Also, doors to breakfast area closed promptly at end of scheduled hours even though there were still over 100 people in the dining area and people still in line for omlets (who were, I assume, allowed to order and then let back out). Such a disappoin**ent from a hotel we've stayed at many times with positive experiences. Also disappointed the billiards tables have been removed. That was an element our family always enjoyed when staying here.

Messed up my baby's birthday.
I'm 😡. Wish I could have went elsewhere. But everything around me was booked. Made me even more upset. I've stayed at a whole lot of hiltons this is the worst yet.

the carpet in the room was filthy. Several big noticeable spots in carpet… Look like blood or something red was on the floor( look like th cleaning help tried to get it up but it was still there). We were suppose to have a king bed and ended up with a double… went to the front desk in regards to this. nothing could be done.. I’m not a happy consumer at all and will be very reluctant to use you again … nor stay in any embassy suite hotel.

Staff in the bar were super friendly. Traveling on business and the event was hosted here so made sense to stay. My room had no shower gel for 2 days and housekeeping did not service my room but thankfully I brought my own. Restaurants nearby if you don't want to eat at the hotel.

You need a vehicle to enjoy the area. A few minutes down the road are movie theaters, restaurants and a National Park (hiking, fishing, etc.). If you are not going to rent a car - plan Uber/Lyft into your budget.

From the start of the stay I was impressed. Staff was efficient and friendly despite how busy they all were. The complimentary cocktail hour and breakfast was very nice. The room was cozy and comfortable. I will make this franchise my hotel of choice whenever I travel
