Crystalbrook Bailey was my stopover hotel so I wasn't expecting anything flash etc however when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful and modern this hotel is. Such a change to a lot of the older Cairns hotels. I felt like I was in a hotel in Melbourne! Check in was a breeze and staff were lovely, I was in my room in no time at all. There is alot of stunning modern artworks all throughout the building, very cool to find as you make your way to your floor. The room was beautiful and sufficient for a one nights stay, I could have easily stayed for longer! The location is great, in the city and close to the esplanade. I would definitely stay here again!

Good location, close to the sea and convenient for eating. As the itinerary is early to late and late to return, it is basically impossible to see according to the front desk service time, and there is no way to ask questions. As soon as I entered the hotel, I gave a slip, and finally wrote that I had to clean it by myself, otherwise I was fined and I had never encountered it before. However, the kitchen utensils are very complete, the living room and dining room are large, and the room is small, which is basically useless for the large living room that is basically used for sleeping every day. It ’s convenient to have a washing machine. Although the lid ca n’t be opened completely, you can still use the clothes with one hand and the other hand. It is recommended to bring your own washing powder. It's all added soap. 2 bugs found, once on the bathroom counter and once on the restaurant floor

We arrived at the hotel around 1.30pm and we were able to check in straight away, the girl on reception was very friendly and explained where our room was as there are 2 towers . We were on the 10th floor with a city view. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Loved how they are helping with environmentally keys for your door which are just round bamboo disks and also having no plastic bottles in the fridges, just glass bottles. All tv programs were free so we’re able to watch new release movies and free wifi . We had booked a holiday package , so we also had free car parking and a $250 credit to use at any of their hotels . Would definitely stay here again .

The apartment was much bigger than we expected. Had all the amenities needed and the view was stunning. The management were fantastic and on check in asked us what we wanted to do while we stayed in Cairns then went ahead and booked things for us so we could head off and enjoy our time. They later called us to confirm what they had booked and left all the paperwork for us in our apartment. So stress free. On check out they gave us advice on other things to see in the area and were so friendly and accommodating. The location was superb and close to everything. We will be going back if in Cairns.

The room facilities are very old, the shower door on the bathtub has been replaced, only one frame is left, there is no shower curtain, the nozzle is sprayed in a mist, the basic washing is not so happy, it will splash around, and the bath is basically the bathroom. wet. The front desk service is Monday to Friday 8:00-17:00 and weekend is 10: 00-15:00. Dear friends, if you can move, it is recommended to choose other hotels. According to my observation, Cairns has very few taxis. It seems that it is impossible to make a reservation, and the bus is not convenient. Basically, it depends on the legs. Breakfast was not eaten at the hotel, it is estimated that it is not awkward, the hotel itself has a parking lot, the visual inspection is quite big, because there is no self-driving in Cairns, so I don't know how to charge, but it should be charged.

This hotel is only 10 a 10-minute walk to the city centre and the fantastic pubs and cafes on the Esplanade. If you want to do it in 2 minutes get one of the the electric scooters outside the reception area. The safe are welcoming and very friendly, making my 3-week stay a pleasure. The only downside was their restaurant is not open every night, but not a problem when you are that close to everything the city has to offer.

This is definitely a place that is orientated more towards families rather than couples. What was good was the friendly staff throughout the resort, the food and beverage service and the convenient underground parking. Stayed in a deluxe king room on the fifth floor overlooking Cairns city which appears to have been recently upgraded. Room smelt damp on entry and after the first shower it was evident why. It is hard to believe that someone designed the shower so that water flowed directly onto the floor and out into the living area even when you had the least amount of water flow possible. Wee bit of a design flaw I would suggest. Also, when booking a King size bed it would be a good idea to ask guests if they want a second bed in the room along with connecting rooms. I personally have no wish to have connecting rooms unless I am staying as a family. This door along with the front door were not particularly well sealed and you could here plenty of noise from outside and next door. The balcony is marketed as being intimate in yet has one chair and being a connecting room has nothing between you and your neighbours balcony. Hardly intimate. Based on the reviews I am sure this place is perfect for families however, there are better choices for couples elsewhere in Cairns.

The front desk gave a good attitude to the aunt, and helped us book the rental to the airport at 7:00 the next morning. The room is small and it doesn't feel very comfortable. A total of three rooms were set up, two of which had no quilt and only a quilt, which was very cold at night. The location is very biased, and it is not very big in Cairns, but it takes a long time to find a slightly fascinating meal and supermarket. Breakfast is average, open at 7:00, only jam bread and drinks and cereals.

I really loved this motel as it was very Quiet during the day and night, even though they were full with guests. The motel was very, very clean, the beds were very comfortable and there was enough room for my two young children to play. The staff at reception were so friendly and helpful in arranging a ground floor unit for me. I have noticed that many hotels in Cairns are not staffed since Covid and it was so wonderful to have friendly staff available at reception and answering phones. Thanks for a wonderful stay. I will be back.

This hotel is very good. We are a family of three adults and one child. The room is very large, with a double bed (1.5 meters wide) and two single beds, separate bathroom, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes, cutlery and forks. Spoons and toasters are very convenient. The hotel has no breakfast and no extra bed. It is suitable for a family. It can be said to be very good at this price. The hotel also has free parking spaces, free Wi-Fi, and a small swimming pool. There is no breakfast, the room is large and clean, can accommodate 4 people, one large bed and two small beds, the bed is very comfortable, the room can also cook, and the kitchenware is full. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hostel, I would go as far as saying that it's the best hostel I stayed in. There is a fantastic pool and common area which makes it so easy and natural to meet new people and make friendships that can last a lifetime! There is also a travel desk right next to the reception where you can you can book the most memorable experiences All the staff are always extremely helpful and accommodating. Will no doubt come back here whenever I come back to cairns and I suggest that everybody else does too!
