Ótima localização nas proximidades da Catedral de pedra de Canela, porém em rua de pouco trânsito. Recepção se esmera para proporcionar a melhor estadia para os hóspedes, principalmente nos check-in/out. Restaurante serve café da manhã de muito boa qualidade. Nos demais horários há variadas opções no cardápio para lanche, almoço ou jantar. Acomodações limpas/higienizadas com esmero. Garagem com manobrista, se necessário.

A localização do hotel é perfeita. Dá para ir na catedral e na estação férrea a pé.
Cama confortável, travesseiros confortáveis, ar condicionado gela bem, toalhas e roupa de cama bem cheirosos, atendimento da equipe é ótima e o café da manhã é excelente.
