the room has lack of maintenance (the finishes lacking among other details)... the lift was not rising up to the 4th floor, and the attendant even seeing my agony in and out of it, after I asked to magnetize my card, he clarified that the lift would undergo maintenance and had problems, that I should use the other side ... at any time I was informed that I could move through the hotel parking to Canoas Shopping (I found myself when debriding the parking patio)... the restaurant on Sundays has no kitchen, except for frozen pizzas or lasagne ... the kitchen team, bar, and cleaning are extremely careful, this fact that cannot be taken into consideration, by some people of the reception!!!

The hotel is sensational. Located in the city centre, but close to everything. The hotel was very attentive and requested. All we need was answered promptly. The pool is a delicious relaxation. the room has lack of maintenance (the finishes lacking among other details)... the lift was not rising up to the 4th floor, and the attendant even seeing my agony in and out of it, after I asked to magnetize my card, he clarified that the lift would undergo maintenance and had problems, that I should use the other side ... at any time I was informed that I could move through the hotel parking to Canoas Shopping (I found myself when debriding the parking patio)... the restaurant on Sundays has no kitchen, except for frozen pizzas or lasagne ... the kitchen team, bar, and cleaning are extremely careful, this fact that cannot be taken into consideration, by some people of the reception!!!
