Each morning we had a different hot breakfast served on the roof under a palapa. Every breakfast was delicious and the coffee is served in your own carafe! From there, we had a great view of the ocean on both sides! Luis and Maria are amazing hosts, chefs and sources of information on anything you have questions about. Brian, the owner, is also a super-nice and helpful person and all three of them made us feel right at home. They even were patient enough to help us with our Spanish as we're trying to learn this beautiful language. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and the very quiet AC was a much-appreciated feature. Each suite has a lovely private patio too. The hosts have large but incredibly gentle and quiet dogs who made our stay even more enjoyable. This is a bed & breakdfast in the true and best sense: You feel right at home, it's very comfortable, quiet yet in the best location. The wifi is superior (better then we have at home) so I was able to work online in realtime with zero problem. We even watched a community soccer game or two from the palapa.

The hotel is very unique, quaint, clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, the breakfast was perfect, and I hope to have an opportunity to visit the hotel again soon.

I had a great stay here. Luis and Brian are excellent hosts. Different breakfast everyday. If you love dogs you will love this place. You feel like family and not just a guest. Got real good local recommendations for food and activities. When I come back I know where to stay. Thank you for everything.

We have had such an amazing stay in Yocamatsu! We arrived there after an long trip and got an lovely welcome from this super kind, polite and funny people. You will get lots of recommendations and insider tips and they help you with really everything !! For example I don’t felt very well the first day and they were giving me some medicine and helped me a lot to survive until the pharmacy opens again. I were so thankful. The rooftop terrace is quite nice and you can have there everyday your tasty breakfast with an incredible view. Louis is making everyday an different breakfast and its so difficult to decide which one was the best because all were so delicious 🤤 One of the best things were like you came everyday back from trips or beach and it felt like you come home ♥️ to this nice kind of family ! The place was FANTASTIC & the people that run it are even better! Beautiful & quiet location. Breakfast every morning made by Louis & Maria was amazing 5 ⭐️! We were introduced to Frank who was able to help us with snorkeling/ fishing accommodations, he gets 10 ⭐️! We left feeling like family. The owner Brian was also lovely. We will definitely be coming back next year!

Great spot close to the action. Loved having breakfast on the 4th floor terrace with a curious warbler. Food and hosts were great!

Worst place I stayed in my whole life. Whoever rated this place 3, 4, or 5 all of you have very low standards, sorry Very hard to find and extremely dirty and grimy (dirt was everywhere - fridge, dust bin, mirrors with tooth paste stains, garbage left from previous guests) GROSS The bathroom “door” was impossible to open from the inside and sometimes from the outside. My husband had to help me each time to get out of the washroom. The owner promised to have bottled water in the fridge - there was none. We asked the next day and he gave us the water + an ok breakfast (coffee was not drinkable though). He also did fix the door but come on - we shouldn’t be dealing with all of this trying to enjoy the country. Our impression of Belize was ruined. This is not the only bad experience we had. Also…I love pets and that was not an issue for me but there are several big dogs on the property - if you have a fear of big dogs, this place is also not for you.
