The staff was great. The hotel is located in a high rise residential area, away from hustle of Naples, but relatively close to airport. The walls were thin and I could hear the other guests. The restroom was moldy and the toilet had a slow leak that we could hear at night. We were too tired to make it an issue as we slept through it. The bed and pillows were awesome. The garage was gated and looked secured. Cameras were all over the outside of property.

The bed and room were small but well designed. It even had a nice desk. I couldn’t get Wi-Fi to work, and since I only speak English, it was difficult to communicate.

Great stay in Albergo del Pino. The location is nice, if you don't need to go into busy Napoli. The albergo has all you need and even better the Restaurant del Pino nearby! It is absolutely worth a visit.

Ho soggiornato tre notti usufruendo di uno Smart box , staff gentile e disponibile, colazione solo dolce di salato ho visto solo uova sode , comodo parcheggio privato,l’unica pecca là camere molto datati specialmente il bagno avrebbe bisogno di un restyling.

Hotel un po datato ma confortevole, situato in una zona tranquilla poco distante da Napoli. Entrata anonima e hall minuscola. Dispone di un grande parcheggio recintato. Le camere sono un po vecchiotte ma pulite. Il bagno dovrebbe essere ristrutturato. La colazione è buona ma manca il salato. Personale gentile. La posizione non è comoda se si vuole visitare Napoli con i mezzi pubblici.

La struttura e comoda e gestita in maniera eccellente .La colazione è abbondante e le persone che vi lavorano sono gentilissime ,cordialissime e sempre disponibili . Unico neo e la distanza dal centro di Napoli e lo scarso servizio autobus di linea ma con Super Davide si riesce senza problemi . Ci torneremo

Sono andato con mia moglie in quest'albergo perchè provvisto di un grande parcheggio e ottime referenze. Siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e professionalità da tutti ma in particolare vogliamo ricordare la Signora "Rita uno" e la signora Patrizia che con il loro sorriso e la loro grande umanità ci hanno fatti sentire subito in famiglia ed il forte desiderio di ritornare.
