The hotel is well located. The friendly, dynamic and sympathetic team. Nothing to reiterate from this side. The litter is also perfect. With regard to the room, work to do? The bathroom grid is attached with scotch. We have come for years and we have never seen this. Our room felt cigarette at the end of the evening and smoking was passed through the communicating door. However, smoking is prohibited in the room. We told the reception that told us, being complete, we couldn't change room but open the window. Unpleasant night and too much noise. What a pity.

I am a frequent traveler and this is one of the most horrible services ever seen in 20+ years of travel!!!! Highly DISrecommend it due to the cynical and disrespectful behavior of the ” Directrice de l'etablissement ” and her proteges. This aparthotel has very noisy ventilation and in addition, is located on a main avenue where the noise and vibrations of cars are heard 24/7. If you need normal sleep this is not the place to choose. Showers are almost inaccessible due to the tiny hole to access, as one of the two sliding doors is fixed permanently. The hotel is made from cheap materials making the noise propagate even more, and the shower falls in pieces generating safety issues (one can easily be hurt). Other clients had to wait hours locked in the parking before they can access the building and nobody is available at the reception in the evenings or during the weekends, despite this being announced as reception available 24/7. Most of the personnel is eating their food at the main entry hall, very small, most are unlawful (with very small exception), and makes clients feel unwelcome and unwanted. All personnel is foreigners. I made a request for a quiet room but cynically was given a room just under the roof where the ventilator can be heard the most and when I asked to be changed was given a room with a broken lock that could be opened even without a key, which makes one feel insecure. When I raised the issue I was told that ”The personnel wanted to please me but that I cannot be allowed to check every single room to find a suitable room for myself, that the room is not noise, as the personnel is unable to hear any noise” which contradicted to the statement that ”All quiet rooms are the first to be taken, so no quiet rooms are left and that I will not be reimbursed if I wanted to leave. The fact that the aparthotel could not provide me with a quiet room has not been communicated upon the reservation. I have stayed at several Adagio Aparthotels in Paris, this is by far the worst one.

Extrêmement déçue! Personnel pas au niveau! J’ai demandé une chambre avec 2 lits ( confirmée par l’établissement par mail) A l’arrivée, un petit lit double! Demande de changement, réponse: nous n’avons de gouvernante! Avec un sourire jusqu’aux oreilles Mon fils a du dormir par terre… Chambre: ci joint photo de la « plaque de nuit inamovible » a à peine 5 cm du lit et superbe angle droit! Attention aux bosses voir pire! Salle de bain: aucune place pour poser sa trousse de toilette alors 2 🥴 Impossible de régler la température de l’eau du pommeau de douche sans prendre un jet froid du ciel de pluie! Donc si tu ne veux pas te mouiller les cheveux , c’est raté … Petit déjeuner : juste passable😩 En conclusion, il y a le décor mais c’est un mauvais casting!

Belle déco sur le thème du cinéma. Lit confortable et salle de bain bien propre. Croissants excellents au buffet du petit déjeuner. Mais ce qui ressort surtout c’est la gentillesse du personnel; me faire emmener à la gare RER par l’hôtelier, c’est une attention qui ne s’oublie pas.

All the staff are really good at service, feel at home, booked twice, about 10 minutes walk from RAR, good location, very convenient and safe around, behind is the supermarket, hotel room and lobby environment is comfortable, whether it is the first floor of CAFE or the room is very comfortable, The only and fatal disadvantage is that it is next to Pub, so 12-2 can hear the noise of the music next door. If you care about the sound insulation of sleep, you need to think twice. In short, if you have the opportunity, you will still choose. It is very important. As an 11 year old in 2019, i went that year in April to Disneyland Paris but my family stayed in this hotel the night before. This hotel was fairly good, nice beds, room for everyone, good views, and a nice restaurant/cafe in the lobby area. Now i have to say it definitely wasn't the best hotel i have ever stayed in but the prices are cheap, and was a good lead up to the Disney trip. Customer service wasn't bad at all, but overall the hotel could do with some improvements. Now in 2022 as an almost 14 year old, i will be staying at the same hotel in the way i did last time (the night before the trip) on the 29th on May, and we may be staying after our Disney trip too for an extra day in Paris on the 1st of June night. Fingers crossed it will be as nice as it was 3 years ago!! :)

Stayed at this hotel 3 nights from 28 May 23. The rooms are big and nice. Good amenities. Breakfast could improve with a variety of eggs. We had scrambled eggs everyday, but there were eggs avail for us to self-boil. The location is good, away from the hustle bustle crowded city. 5 minutes walk to a nearby restaurant, supermarket, and the RER train station. Convenient to Designer outlets and Disneyland The front office staff are clustered in a little corner as the Reception is an extended part of a Bar. A little wierd but not an issue. Most of the time the front line staff are chatting amongst themself but is attentive although not very helpful. However one receptionist stands out - Ms. Valerie Lam, who is always alert and quick to attend to guests, On A few occasions, as we approach, we could see a ready smile and goes out of her way to help. As first timer in this hotel, Valerie, actually walked us to the front door to show us the directions to nearby restaurants and the RER train station. appreciate

First of all, I want to thank Safia from the reception, who was very efficient and helped me in solving a problem I had! I stayed in this hotel for one month, in may 2022. The room was very comfortable, the bed large and soft, the bathroom always clean. Breakfast simple, but good and fresh. If you go by car, the parking is large. Going to Paris centre took me few minutes, because the RER A (chatelet-les halles, auber) is 10 minutes from the hotel (5 if you take a bus).
