因為要考試來住的，前台小姐姐人太好了，聽説我需要安靜的環境很熱心地幫我升級的靠小區的安靜房間。房間裏還有很大的學習桌子。房間也很乾凈。尤其是我想延遲一個小時等雨停才退房，前台姐姐也是很熱心直接幫我延時了。嗚嗚嗚，下次有機會還來這裏住，

房間很大，床也很大，一整面的玻璃，床品舒適，衞生間乾濕分離，浴室很寬敞明亮。房間很多插頭，燈也算明亮，還有公區的洗衣房，比較乾淨，還有自動洗衣液，整體還是非常滿意。酒店辦理入住在一樓，但是下面的B1很容易讓人誤會是一樓，另外電梯和幾層公用的公區，會有些破舊，不通風，對於36，37度的長沙，這個電梯設計着實讓人更燥熱了，不過一樓開門就正對着辦理入住的地方，四樓是入住的地方，一開電梯門冷空調迎面而來，還算可以接受。辦理入住比較迅速，工作人員説話也很禮貌，打電話也會有很多禮貌用語，極速退房。
美中不足的是隔音不好，窗户正對着的街道有些吵，另外空調可能有些老舊了，聲音非常大，不過出風口還是很大的，製冷效果很快，對於睡眠質量不好的人不太友好。
個人意見，住了好幾個地方的海友酒店，發現前台工作人員都沒有專門的座椅，就衹有辦理入住的機器，其實酒店工作人員的時間很長，不用一直站着服務，適當休息一下，也可以有更飽滿的精氣神面對客户，會更好一些吧。

總體上來説感覺還可以，但是有兩次打掃房間時沒有換浴巾和拖鞋，前台服務態度很好，酒店不提供早餐服務，這個事先我沒了解，不過周邊有很多吃早餐的。

選擇這家店是因離地鐵口近，去到五一廣場才三站路，挺方便的，茶顏喝了，黑色經典臭豆腐吃了，國金打卡了，特產也買了，長沙人民的熱情感受到了。這家海友很OK，房間很新很現代，舒適舒心，前台小姐姐很熱情，服務響應快，不錯的體驗，推薦入住。

房間是新的，乾淨的，東西也很齊全，床是舒服的，蠻不錯的，服務員態度也很好！酒店設施也很完善，周圍還有一個商場，基本上到處都很方便，酒店隔音效果還不錯性價比還不錯，設施比較新，衞生條件很好，在同價位的酒店裡已經不錯了！

設施：酒店設施齊全，要是衞生間有排氣扇就更好了
衞生：簡潔、乾淨，床單和枕頭都比較白
環境：住的房間靠近小區內部，晚上比較安靜沒什麼噪音

酒店整個環境很整潔，第一眼就看着很舒服。服務員也很有禮貌，酒店的床睡着特別舒服，房間隔音效果很好，對於挑剔的我來説第一次入住這家酒店真的是非常滿意，停車也很方便，下次來長沙首選這家酒店！
