Got in to airport late but they had a shuttle driver there to pick me up. Very friendly and helpful. Made the stay very pleasant.

We only stayed one night. The location was great because it was close to everything we would need. It was pretty noisy late into the night and in the morning the cleaning people were really loud (talking) as they worked early in the morning, waking us up. However, we would probably give this hotel another shot since we stayed less than 24 hours.

We went to Charleston for a week and get away with my family. We chose this hotel because it is normally very nice and very relaxed. We thought it would be nice for the kids to swim the pool. When we got there, they were having a birthday party with over 30 guest that we’re not guest of the hotel the hot tub and pool is full. Everyone had open containers alcohol very inconvenient paying guest

I liked how clean my room was. I didn’t like that the heater in my room was noisy and that I had to wait both times I had to go to the front desk

By far the mostest new place I ever stayed at it’s clean and all the front desk people are so friendly and courteous . This a trade I has been lost it amazing to know there’s still place that mange to me all these amazing standards !

This was by far the LOUDEST hotel I have ever stayed in. Slamming doors, thin walls…. We laid in bed and literally listened to the entire conversation of the people next door for 45 minutes while she blowed her hair dry before we gave up and got up. Someone had their tv volume up to 100 downstairs ALL night. We even tried to see if it was as someone on our floor, but I guess it was upstairs or downstairs. Doubtful we will stay there again even given their location.

The only problem we had is that the hot tub was luke warm and the jets did not work.

My family was very pleased with this hotel! Everything was so clean and the room having a fridge was a great help. The pool area was very nice and super clean as well. The breakfast was tasty and there was something for everyone.

It was sold as pet friendly without indicating their would be an additional charge. So $275 for a night’s stay? With pets, I’ll go to Red Roof for $100 or less with no pet fee.

The concierge was courteous and very helpful with problematic WiFi.

Another case when I order a king bed and end up with 2 queens. This does NOT work well for my husband and me. It seems like a bait and switch tactic and isn’t appreciated.

Second stay at this location. First room that was offered reeked of cigarette smoke but they offered another one quickly. I was disappointed that there was no free bottle of waters at the front desk or in the room. The bed was comfortable but the pillow selection was horrible. Overpriced in my opinion.
