Unmatched location for business or pleasure. A major upgrade should put the Crowne Plaza back at the top of Chengdu 5* hotels. Excellent club sandwich in 24hr room service and comprehensive and delicious breakfast with Sichuan and Western breakfast buffet. Staff are friendly and efficient, prices are reasonable and a little Chinese goes a long way for the mostly English speaking staff.

One of the best China hotel, impressed me from check in moments. Took me less than 10mins for check in process, the room is clean and bigger than expected. Recommend to book the room with breakfast, it has variety of choice, noodles, porridge, breads, eggs, cake, fruits, desserts and others. The hotel offer 1 time free of tea break session and supper is free daily. Credit went to ms. Daisy, helped us to sorty out the tickets for giant panda base, it require local contact to complete the ticket purchase, and the buggy ride tickets too via WeChat. It is a must to add them in WeChat for whatever reason to seek for help. China may not be a tourist friendly place but with the help of good hotel services, it did reduce most of the seen challenges. Hotel Pagoda will be my hotel choice when I visit to chengdu again, hopefully soon within this year

Excellent service , staff are very professional , I recall all the front desk staff as brilliant and professional, I only remember Rachel and Laura’s names but all of them were just so AMAZING, and prepared for the task. The man in charge of the gym is also super great, helpful and always remembered me. Every time I forget the key he would assist me to go to the elevator and beep his card so I can return to my floor. Breakfast buffet is amazing, super clean and the staff are very attentive when we need to be served . THanks housekeeping, front desk, food and beverages, bell desk and all the staff I am unable to see but makes this place so great !

The minute we arrived a staff called George, helped us with our bags immediately in a kind manner . Once we checked another helpful staff called Mia explained to us which restaurants to eat and what to see in Chengdu . Her recommendations were fantastic.The room we booked was the cheapest room , and the hotel also gave us free food in the fridge . When we did the laundry they had a service were they could do it for us . My favourite about this was the location it was really near to malls and shops.I really appreciated all the hard work generated by all the staff and the hotel.
