Awesome check-in experience took a total of 5 mins max, with instructions for the stay shared via Wechat. Extreme cleanliness, automated bidet and heated toilet bowl like those you see in Japan, and the automated blackout curtains and sheer curtains were a great touch. I particularly appreciated the free first found of the minibar which I used, and my package included some high tea and supper, which I chose not to use because I wanted to eat in the city. Beautiful design, great stay, fuss-free check in and check out. What'@ not to like? Special mention to Nancy Shine Coco.

Unmatched location for business or pleasure. A major upgrade should put the Crowne Plaza back at the top of Chengdu 5* hotels. Excellent club sandwich in 24hr room service and comprehensive and delicious breakfast with Sichuan and Western breakfast buffet. Staff are friendly and efficient, prices are reasonable and a little Chinese goes a long way for the mostly English speaking staff.

The location is good, very close to IFS mall. There is a free laundry, which is so convenient. The room is clean and nice. Breakfast is Chinese, fried rice and noodles, eggs, fruit. Only one thing I didn’t like there was a hairdryer. Really bad quality.

The location is super good, it is very convenient to take the car and subway, and the price is very cost-effective compared to the location. Ask the front desk if you can upgrade to a balcony room. The facilities are complete, clean and tidy, the service is attentive, and the front desk is responsive to all requests. The key is that it is convenient to go to both sides of Chunxi Road. I booked a Jimu twin room and a Jimu double room to visit Chengdu with my friends. The quality of Atour is guaranteed. Convenience: It’s about a 10-minute walk from Taikoo Li International Financial Center. There are residential areas and many noodle shops and restaurants nearby. It’s delicious. Service: It is commendable that the service is very good. You can go to the front desk every morning to get warm mineral water. It is so considerate. You will be given a souvenir when you leave the hotel. Facilities: The room is quite big, fully automatic toilet, no need to sit in the cold toilet version, both are relatively new, needless to say, Atour bedding is very comfortable. Hygiene: The sanitation should be kept very clean because the room is not very new and it is not obvious. Disadvantages: The door opens and closes very loudly. If you don’t sleep well at night, you will easily be woken up by guests returning home at night. The air conditioner blows loudly. The room is on the 4th floor. There is a spa and the privacy is average.

It's quiet at night and not noisy at all. The hotel is on the 28th floor and the view is very good. The hotel is downstairs. It is right next to the Chunxi Road subway station. It is convenient to go anywhere. It is just a 2-minute walk from IFS Taikoo Li downstairs. The price should be very cost-effective in this business district. Overall the rooms were clean and well equipped, but small and dark. They also had a faint smell of cigarettes, even though they were non-smoking. I switched rooms and found the same problem in the second one. The first room also faced the inside of a courtyard with a blaring neon sign that went straight into my window. All in all I needed a place to stay for the night and while this was comfortable enough, I'm not sure I would stay here again. The staff was very friendly though and it's in a good (albeit busy) location in the center of the city. Despite this it was pretty quiet.

第二次來成都玩了，一直住在春熙路附近，這邊交通便利，又比春熙路裏的房價便宜，性價比很高。跟男朋友一起來的，定的大床房，進房間發現大床房床是真的大，竟然是2米的，我的天，好激動啊，男朋友終於不怕被我擠到床下了，嘿嘿嘿。房間裝修也超漂亮，好喜歡呀，房屋的主人是個很貼心的小姐姐，房間裏還放了一本攻略，很暖心喔。再說說交通，樓下就是地鐵站，去各個景點幾個站就到了，到春熙路步行也就10分鐘內，小區樓下還有好多好吃的，門衛24小時值班，房間門都採用密碼鎖，安全的很呢，力推，下次帶爸媽過來住。
