Room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Bed is big and comfortable with two different types of pillow (soft and firm) provided. Breakfast has relatively good options to choose from. The hotel also has a free self service laundry room with washer and dryer which is convenient for guests who need to wash their clothes. The hotel also has a cute robot Xiao Yi who delivers items to guest rooms. Location is good as it is about 15 mins walk from tianfu square and 15-20 mins walk from chunxi road. The nearest metro is about 9-10 mins walk. There are also some food options nearby the hotel if you need any food. During the day of my checkout, the staff kindly allowed me to extend my checkout to 2pm. Overall, I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Hotel location direction is digitally attached on the check-in voucher, if arriving by Metro. However, to Hotel need to walk some distance and attractions need to take Metro. Shops, street foods and restaurants are available nearby. Hotel provide daily house keeping for room. Morning breakfast very basic, but constantly replenish by staff. On arrival our family room no.8810 toilet bowl chocked, room telephone was a auto answering pre-recorded message, has to report fault at Reception counter. On day two, again toilet bowl was chocked, three hours after fault reported nothing was done, even after Reception staff has sent message to maintenance. Receptions staff advise not to flush used soiled toilet paper into bowl to prevent future chocking, very strange suggestion in 2024 era, was resolved eventually. Our flight was cancelled and was delayed by a day, due to bad Tornado Storm, fortunately with Trip assistance, the Hotel's is kind enough to reimbursing our first day no-show. On day two check-in at about 6pm, the Receptionist counter staff were confuse after checking their record, take around 20 to 25 minutes to resolved and finally check us in. Overall Chengdu is a great destination, with many attractions and easily accessible by Metro. Ibis Styles Hotel with staff area of improvement, will definitely make this RMB975 Hotel excellent!

Overall it's a good experience for me staying here. Location is quite happening with 15-25 minutes walking distance from Chun Xi street. The room is spacious enough to put luggages for 2. Hand wash basin located outside of the bathroom so it's more convenient. There is a window to view the decorations and you can even see the window of another room's from inside, so sound proofing at that the window part is weaker. You also have to walk up some staircase to access the hotel lobby so people with wheelchair may find difficulty.

Extremely good location, with many restaurants and convenience stores around. Walking distance to Taikoo Li and Chunxi streets. The room is comfy and spacious. Highly recommended

Clean room and great friendly service. The location is good, with public bus stops right in front of the hotel’s entrance. One important possible improvement the hotel can make is the English name hotel sign. It is small and not facing the front, and is “buried” under all the competing surrounding signs from other businesses, making it hard to locate the hotel. We walked past it and had a difficult time finding it. Our friend had the same experience. The entrance has many high steps from the road and is not wheelchair accessible. Guests with larger than carry-on size luggage may have a difficult time. I would still recommend it because of the cleanliness and helpful staff.

Great stay.

I am continuing to stay at this hotel in Chengdu. It has a washing machine and dryer, so it is suitable for long-term travel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating my needs. It is also close to the panda base.

Environment: Located near Chunxi Road, in the city center, good location Hygiene: Auntie cleans every day and is very careful Service: Front desk guy, beautiful girl, enthusiastic service Hygiene: OK It is very convenient to go to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, and the front desk also delayed our check-out

The hotel waiters, Xiao Zhang and Xiao Zhong, were very warm and gentle. The hotel style is neo-Chinese. There are washing machines and independent dryers. There is also a small refrigerator in the room. The overall stay was very good. I will choose this hotel next time.

The location is not really next to Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street, but it is still 5-7 minutes away, which is acceptable. I also go to Pedestrian Street and Taikoo Li almost every night to eat and stroll. The hotel is 3 minutes away from the Sichuan Face-Changing Performance Venue "Furong Chinese Essence". It is very convenient to return to the hotel after watching the evening performance.
